Point of order! Betsy has improved over the past years no doubt. And before you say anything, I am a Betsy supporter and have been for years. But to think THIS years team would beat Alcoa by 3 TDS is asinine at best! I have been watching The Cyclones play football before Witten even became the coach. Heck, I watched him and both his brothers play under their grandfather. IMO I don’t think this years team could beat the 2019-2020 EHS teams. Tullahoma will be a much better game that most expect. The computer projection on a neutral field is EHS 22 THS 21. Which tells me it’s anyones game. Nothing wrong with both teams fans having confidence and support for their teams. Heck, that’s what coachT is for. But until Betsy, or any other team, can produce multiple championships like Alcoa and Maryville has already done, the arrogance is out of place.

Hampton leads all semfinalists in most playoff runs without a state championship appearance. The team earned its 35th playoff appearance this season and will play its fifth semfinal contest this Friday. Hampton's first playoff appearance was in 1978. This is off the TSSAA site for the Blue Cross Blue Shield Championship site. Found this to be very interesting.

Good analysis but your numbers for The Cyclones is incorrect. EHS has only played 13 games. 9 game regular season. So their stats are.. PF 502 ( 38.6 ppg ) PA 122 (9.4 ppg ) just wanting the numbers to be what they are so, now it’s more even and even more interesting….. EHS 38.6 ppg 9.4 ppg THS 38.1 ppg 9.3 ppg* * using the already stated stats for Tullahoma

So. So proud of these young men. They’ve earned it! Prayers for Morgan tho. Hate he got hurt. He’ll be greatly missed.
