Great description of overall success from top to bottom TCA. Right on the money with what we are seeing in Chapel Hill. No one hands it to you. When you have some success like last year you sometimes think the next level is right there to be taken. WRONG. you have to claw and scratch and fight even harder the next year. That's why I respect the top 4 so much. RR- I'm certain you are correct.

I respect Riverside for 2 reasons. 1) The came to The Rock last year and it went to the wire. 4 downs from the 20 and every one of them was a shot at the end zone with Ward in the shotgun. Def a nail biter. 2) Your division is top notch. You guys play real strong teams every year. We'll be ready if it happens.

Forrest has 7th and 8th grade kids that I cannot WAIT to see under Coach K's leadership. Heck I can tell you on just about every team from the 4 yr olds on up who the studs are. IT'S COMING TCA.

There's 4 teams i won't be picking Forrest against this year. TCA, A'Ville, Marion and Trousdale. They have proven long term success. A down year for them is a year most schools would be thrilled to have. All I know is, Coach K, staff, kids, and community are not in this to be a pretender. We want hardware. We are building and getting better each year. We are hitting our stride late this year, when it matters. We have support from the 4-5 year old teams to the High School. Everyone is drinking blue koolaid and with good reason. Am I saying we go to Cookeville or even beat a top four 2A school this year (The four teams i mentioned- forget the "polls")? Nope. Contrary to what some might say on here, I'm not stupid. But Forrest is closer to the Top 4 each year. We believe. We will get there.

I can't argue based on history, I mean, I'm a realist not an MTCS fan. I don't expect you to give up a thing right up until the point we beat Adamsville and TCA, be it this year or down the road. The Rockets respect both A'Ville and TCA. Until we have earned it, you have every right to be a peen.

Haha good post Varo. I like the optimism. That jamboree was a mismatch, but #32 didn't play more than a couple plays. As it were, Forrest outscored the Tigers 21-0 in a single quarter. Have a safe trip coming up bud. I should also mention in that same jamboree Forrest at full strength stuffed Huntland's offense and had a 7-0 lead. But injuries are meaningless, right Hornet fans?

TCA- we were competitive for 2.5 quarters last year. Not being favored is different than not being competitive. I appreciate your arrogance, believe me. We're coming. This year. And we aren't gonna stop coming. However long it takes. Enjoy.

I forgot to mention that this supposed amazing unstoppable team that was gonna wipe the field with us, 97% on the pick em board, well, this game necessitated the MERCY RULE being put into effect in the 4th. Clock runs unless Armageddon happens, in which case, we all die. Well, some of us, right Cougars?
