HC takes pride in its football program. Doesn't matter if we lose the first round or win the state championship. Fans are going to expect wins, even if they are the underdog. The truth is, Henry County had a great team this year, but Centennial was better. Congratulations HC on a great year. Congratulations also to Centennial and good luck the rest of the way. Represent out district well. To the others talking trash, keep talking. Your time will come.

I'm not an overconfident HC fan, but I am a huge fan with realistic expectations. I probably respect Centennials program as much as they do, but.......If I remember correctly we missed two field goals and an extra point in the last game, all at relatively short distances. This very rarely occurs with our kicker. I know that the outcome would've been the same with Centennial winning by one point, but the stats were in favor of HC except for the final score which is all that matters. All I'm saying is that this game could easily go either way. Hopefully HC rolls like I posted earlier 24-22

If HC can successfully pass enough to keep Centennial guessing then we have a decent chance at winning. This would open up our rushing game. If we can't do this it could be a long night just like the last game. I like our chances a little more this time around. 24-22 HC wins

It's simply a difference of opinion clubprez. Everyone has different thoughts on how situations are handled. As I stated earlier, we have a great program and great coaches. Sometimes it's okay to disagree with the choices that are made, but I'm not the coach. I respect them and their decisions, just don't agree with all of them. I will not respond to any other posts on this topic because it's just a distraction. GO PATRIOTS!!!!

In response to qbclubprez.... I think that hcredgoldball2 was just saying that students need to be held accountable for their actions. Most anyone that is close to this program knows what he is referring to, but the poster doesn't want to go into great detail on social media. We have a great program and coaching staff. The actions of a very small percentage of players can bring down moral and also cause bad publicity. These actions need to be addressed in a stern mannor. We don't want out programs name tarnished. With that being said GO PATRIOTS!!!!!

HC will have to play their top game to win this one. Hopefully we will have a good night passing or at least good enough to keep Centennial honest. This game will hinge on our ability to pass and open up the rusing game. Just my opinion. This game is just to close to call. GO PATRIOTS

I would say that any team can be beaten on any given day. However you prediction is unlikely. HC wins this one by 21+

I agree about the west. Independence is the obvious favorite, but any team can be beaten on any given night. I'm still pulling for my Henry County Patriots. Don't count us out. We have somewhat of a passing game now. This will keep other defenses guessing and make our rushing game more effective. Our main challenge will be the pass defense.

Northeast has gotten better, but HC wins this one. 38-14

Sure is quiet.

Northeast has been on fire the last several games, but I think Henry County takes this one. It's always exciting when we play Northeast given the history we have with them.
