Really felt like when 45 came out we looked 1D which in turn put a hurry on our O! One score was th QB running for his life another was KO return. If 45 is not back it’s gonna show

I’m wondering if Waverly will be multi dimensional this week with th changes or will we be one dimensional like we were against Huntingdon. Defense is still my biggest worry

I question if th defense is even as good as last year! Losing #1 last year was a huge loss to this defense. Waverly football has been centered around outscoring people for th last 4 years. We were just lucky to have a very good defense th first few years McConnell was here. Once McConnell handed th defense off to th other coach it has gone downhill.

Agree totally! Defense does win championships! Seen a few fingers pointed at wavo off and def line! Always seems to be th case! When a team scores it’s an awesome job by th QB and WR and when they don’t score it’s a terrible job by th line! It also takes a complete team to win a championship!

agreed. i would hate to see mcconnell leave waverly but milan would be crazy not to come up with whatever it takes to get him. young, energetic and the hardest working coach they will find.

He was probably the best ive seen along with preston rice! Gavin does have another year at it tho and has made a good mark for the time he has been there.

Where would you put J’honathan Smith? He only had 1 year under McConnell’s wing and still helped lead them to 9-3.

I would worry more about what the receivers do with th ball when they get it. Those 2 are special!
