Took a while to remember my login. Go Owls!

Ugh...glad I didn’t go. But we kinda knew this team overachieved this season. Last year’s crew was more talented.

Any livestream of this game? Can’t make it up there tonight.

The field was damp, but both teams had to deal with it just the same. Didn’t slow Quinn down one bit...

Interception! Finally we are playing on both sides of the ball! Driving for another score, but the ref calls a BS block in the back as Sanford went in for another score. Still 28-14 for the moment.

Ooltewah coming to life. Defensive stand gives a short field to the offense. Sanford for another score. 28-14 end of the 3rd.

Sanford not ready to end his football career just yet. 51 yard scamper for a 21-14 Owls lead.

After yet another predictable offensive drive, HV connects on a 39 yard touchdown pass. 14-14 with 8 minutes left in the 3rd. Momentum firmly in the Hawk’s favor.

Big stop by the defense after the Owls started the 2nd half with a fumble at their own 9. Still 14-7 Owls.

Ooltewah looking sloppy. If we lose this game, it’s on poor coaching decisions. HV is literally calling out our plays before we snap the ball and there’s no adjustment made by the staff. Thankfully HV can’t finish the short fields we keep giving. That QB and #2 can flat move though. Never seen so many spin moves.

HV with a ground and pound drive. 14-7 Owls with 10 minutes left in the 2nd quarter.

HV drives to Ooltewah 13 but can’t convert 4th down. Quinn goes 87 on the next play for a 14-0 Ooltewah lead!!!

Wow what a start! HV tried a trick play to open the game, fumble, recovered by Ooltewah. Sanford keeper for 21 yard touchdown! 7-0 Owls!

Weak crowds on both sides... Wonder if the earlier start is the reason cause it can’t be the cold. This is football weather!

Gotta hand it to Heritage. They never give up and look like they are still trying to enjoy being on the football field.

Love my Owls...but we aren’t a top 10 team.

Nobody really. Kid needs to get his head on straight if he wants to play at the next level. Grades are ok from what I hear, but attitude and violation of team rules will keep him from signing anywhere significant.

Owls hang on after the offense when ice cold for the majority of the game.

Chiefs score with 1:30 left. 17-14. Owls respond with a quick TD but the extra point is no good. 20-17 with less than a minute to play.
