The way I feel about it is if I am a paying customer and I am first there and I get a spot in the bleachers then that seat will be mine.

I saw we all get there early and just take over the current seating there. If your a paying customer to the TSSAA at the hosting site then the hosting site has to accommodate you. First come first serve type deal.

Don’t think the true SP fans are over confident. If we don’t have good oline play this week, gordonsville should win the game. If sp has good line play I will say it will be a 10 point game.

Sometimes momma’s get a little over confident. Calm down a little and we will see who eats crow come Friday night around 9PM.

I personally feel like the Murphy game will be twice the competition that MC would have been. The team actually something to prove by beating a powerhouse than saying we beat MC that hasn’t played the the trophy for quite sometime. Reguardless I could care less if SP and MC play again. Just my .02

This is great. First it was the kid not being able to play. That was DENIED and you can’t stand it. So now your trying to say that someone is violating TSSAA rules when that said person isn’t even a part of the Marion county school system what a freaking idiot. Go tell whoever wants to coach backyard football and whoever wants to play to come on out to my place. Plenty of room private property. All volunteers can coach their backyard football groups. I’m sure that’s all illegal to right? So when Kids go to these summer camps with coaches that take them there and they get coached and practice their positions will that be illegal to for SP players? I mean a coach typically takes them and they will be practicing? You might just want to practice on how to break into places without getting caught. What’s gonna be better is when the news drops about MC from what I’ve been hearing it’s actually an embarrassment for that school. Anyways please proceed.....

Come December SP should be in Cookville. Where are them jasper Indians gonna be. At the house watching the game. Lol. All this hype for a probation or slap on the wrist. Didn’t jasper get off probabtion a few years ago? lmao all that hype for nothing. Kids will still be coming to SP to greatly enhance their chances of getting a full ride scholarship. heck 2 more years and bethels whole team will be from SP. Best school in the valley. Hope they learned their lesson and cover that up a little better next time

What’s FC enrollment numbers?

Congrats to FC. they proved a lot of people wrong including my thoughts on the outcome of this game. Even though the roster was lopsided numbers wise SP was matched talent wise on the field in my eyes. This game was won in the trenches and was very surprised at FC line play. Looks like the west will have 2 powerhouses next year with FC looking to return to cookeville and with Peabody dropping down. At least it was a orange and black team that brought it home lol. We at SP have been spoiled and have the mindset of if you don’t bring the gold ball home then you haven’t fulfilled anything. In my past 20 years of following SP if there isn’t a change soon then we all know the outcome. To me the HC is so used of having so much more talent than everyone else and when he gets behind or the original plan doesn’t work he gets flustered. He does not like playing from behind. We have seen this a lot in the past 10 years. The game is changing with younger bright minded coaches implementing their own ways and he needs to adapt and overcome. There is one big question that a lot of SP posters have already stated in here that will linger for a long time. Why didn’t 7 get a shot. It a whole new element to the game. Just my thought. Reminded me of Pruitt coaching the past few games playing a certain player every game when you have a highly rated QB on the sidelines not getting a shot. FC a big big congrats to you guys. You showed up and hit SP in the mouth and they didn’t have a response. FC coaches you prepared well and coaches well along with proper clock management. CONGRATS. I do like to stir the pot a lot but will give credit where credit is due and FC you earned my respect. SP still has a lot of talent returning next year and we know everyone is shooting for so boys strap up and get ready.

I would love to see this game again right now with the way the pirates are playing. I would say there would be a different outcome.
