I can see Lewis and Forrest matching up again in round 3... Up to them tho!

Should b a fun game to watch... I’ve talked to several of the LC boys and they are ready for the challenge! If LC comes out fired up and plays a complete game like they did the 2nd half of the Camden game, I can see them taking this win. If not then I see Forrest winning. Only thing that worries me is the maturity of this Forrest team.. With that being said good luck to both teams and I hope it stays injury free. Let’s Go LC!

Decent rundown.. just left out one crucial factor when Lewis had the ball on the 4 yrd line and hit the kid in the hands in the end zone with nobody near him, with 1:30 left in the game. Part of it tho.. Still baffles me why #44 for LC didn’t touch the ball more the second half when it took the whole summertown eagle team to bring him down the first half. What do I know tho

First off congrats to Summertown. I’ll eat my words of even thinking we are a top 10 team. My only question is why in the world would a full back not touch the ball the second half who was getting 10+ yrds a pop the first half. There will be some excuse I know of as to why. Embarrassed is what happened tonight. But that’s what happens when a program is built to win championships with kids. They will sneak up on you. My hats off to the eagles tho!

Everybody blabbers from time to time.. Have not seen Forrest this year just going by last year.. I want to compare them to riverside but may b wrong. And I may be a homer with too much pride idk.. I just see with the talent we do have nothing should stop them from going far. These next 4 years should be looking good for us. Especially with the sophomore and freshman class.. if they work their tails off, nothing should hold them back. Just saying

Riverside will be fine.. both teams are well coached and disciplined. I’m extremely proud of the young talent Lewis had starting last night. Had several sophomores that done extremely well.. future is bright for them!

500. I meant past before the 3A thing happened. Not just football for LC but barely missed being 1A at times in different sports. IMO there would have been a few state titles won in Lewis County had they been playing closer to enrollment numbers instead of having to compete with teams such as Giles, Marshal, Spring Hill, Page and a couple of your better private schools. So to never say Lewis County didn't ever play nobody as one or two might say is dumb

You two amaze me pizzpatriot and TRamrod38. Lewis County has a very good program for 2a. They have been just a few students away from being single A years past. For a program that has no feeder schools within the county I would say they are pretty dang good. Even these small 1a schools can build a good team in the county pulling from the next town over. 99% of these kids from Lewis have been raised there their whole life. How many schools in the state of TN can say the same? Not very many. So you both can take your crap somewhere else cause they have something to be proud of. Even if they never win a gold ball these kids have been brothers since kindergarten and build a brotherhood that will never be forgotten. Sometimes that's better than winning a stinking gold ball any day. Life's not all about winning but I can tell you both one thing, something went wrong with the both of you because yall are losers in my book. Y'all have a good one

I could see a valid point being made if these 2 teams were in the same class...but there not! One barely makes it in double AA. The other barley makes it in single A (and feeds off the county of Lawrence, and now sounds like Lewis too..)

Seen Lewis play a couple times. See them winning district, may finish top 2 in region but to make it past sub-state will take some luck. Anything can happen in basketball and they do have the talent to compete. Like 11AAFan said schedule looks too weak to get them prepared for big stage I do believe

I'm just telling what this says. It goes by schedule rank and Dyersburg is 14th in that category while a couple in the top ten are 98th, 99th, and 100th. But I'm sure it's done changed by now. This was as of yesterday
