  1. I definitely agree that McMinn County possessed the ball much more than Riverdale did on Saturday. I would say about 70% to 30%. All three of their goals came on one on one situations with a goalie who was making his first career start. Two of the three could have easily been called offsides. I expect Faragut to put an end to Riverdale's season. 3-0
  2. Yeah that was definitely a big upset to end Clevelands season. I stayed for the first half and Walker Valley seemed to be controlling the ball very well.
  3. Yeah last nights game was very good, you all surprised me. I disagree with your statement about Kimballs attitude though; i think he has the most heart on the team, he is always trying hard. Thats my opinion, if you disagree thats alright but dont post please. By the way, what number are you? Just wondering
  4. Slack is a forward, thats why I didn't mention him. I do have respect for him, hes a great player. And he is number 10. You may be thinking about number 7, jared price. He had about 37-38 goals last year, and i think he went to hiwassee college. Slack is a forward, thats why I didn't mention him. I do have respect for him, hes a great player. And he is number 10. 5. ok, I am going to quit responding to your ignorance after this one. Obviously you dont agree with me, but many more do. I think the topic title was best midfielders; it wasnt who isnt the best midfielders. We'll just see when it comes time for district. Also, itsaboutthegame10, the area is Chattanooga. This includes all the way up to McMinn County and all the way down to Dalton.
  6. Shut Kimball down?! Have you ever thought that maybe he didn't play well because of the level of competition he was playing against. If I recall, the score was 7-2, so if anybody was shut down it was y'all. No offense, just stating the facts.
  7. Andrew Kimball and Hiroki Naito are two of the best-- McMinn County.
  8. This weekend in Cookeville, Cleveland took the title over McMinn County. Both teams played well, in my opinion, but McMinn couldn't capitalize on some opportunities. Also, McMinn played without 2 of their forwards because of injuries in earlier games. The refs weren't calling anything until the final match. Also, does anyone know the complete list of the all tournament team? Congratulations to Cleveland and McMinn.
  9. McMinn beat Smyrna 3-0. Cookeville beat Bradley 3-0. Earlier in the year McMinn beat Bradley 9-0, so they should have no problem with Cookville......but you never know.
  10. McMinn Central definitely has a crazy student section. The gym is always packed full of students. I would hate going in there as a visiting team or fan.
  11. In my opinion, McMinn County has a great group of sophomores. What other teams do?
  12. McMinn County will be playing.
  13. I think Pat Hinshaw and Jared Price will be on the first team.
  14. Ballmaster needs to stop saying bad things about his own team.
  15. Brandon Armstrong from McMinn County is an excellent keeper.
  16. Game was postponed due to bad weather.
  17. Thats already been posted. pay attention
  18. McMinn County won all three games, not positive of the scores.
  19. I think if Mcminn is prepared to win and actually think they can then they will. Andy Slack, Andrew Kimball, Jared Price, Pat Hinshaw, and Robert Axley all communicate well and have what it takes to beat the Admirals.
  20. I know we dont think a lot about these guys steppin up, but will there even be any this year? and for what team?
