Montgomery Central 3rd. Finished 6-6, but 2 wins over stewart puts them up 1.

Habits- thats a good name for it. Dont step on the line coming on or off the field. I try not to wear my jersey right before the game (bus ride) Making sure that the bats arent crossed in the dugout. Having a hamburger with pickles, onions, jalpenos and mustard after every game. 6 gatorades a game. Same sunglasses. Using the same bat until I hit a slump, then change it. As the great Bambino said, I have only one superstition -- I make sure I touch all the bases when I hit a home run.

who won?

Shes their 3rd baseman right? Shes an extremly tough leadoff batter. Smart baserunner too.

Castleberry girls- excellent sticks, and come through in the clutch. Sage Disney- Montgomery Central, best and smartest catcher in the league, great shots down second and first too. Lacey Keats- Excellent pitcher and has a heckuva change up. Cheatham County- 3rd baseman Kris Nolen has a good stick. Creek Wood- Whitney Barnes, awesome second baseman and great bunter. Shortstop Autumn Sensing has a cannon on her. Pitcher B. Caldwell excellent pitcher. All teams are pretty solid, and there really arent any HUGE superstar standouts, everyone has good solid team players, and the district is pretty well loaded with talent.

I think it would be easier to ask which squads dont get into fights like this.

Montgomery Central beat them tonight, 8-6. It was a good game, and Lacey recorded alot of K's. Good luck to them.

Northwest won 9-5 in the 5th inning. They went on a 5 run rally in the 5th to beat the lady indians. Good game by both teams, MC had a bad inning with alot of errors.

Who are some solid all around players in this district, the total package who can hit, field, throw and do it all? And how about the girls behind the plate, whos gonna be some of the top catchers this season?

The softball coach is not allowed to make practice mandatory for basketball players, and it is at the descresion of the basketball coach on whether they may go to the softball practice or not. Neither coach however can tell a kid they cant do something on their own at home.
