I have watched the first few minutes and all I can think about and see is all the BA receivers tearing that defense apart especially Johnson. Play 1 high safety vs BA and the game is over. That is why so many teams have had to play 2 high vs them recently. Also every Memphis/Metro team never has kicking game so that would also get them beat bc BA has very good special teams

Whitehaven would not beat BA or MBA and Maybe not even Ensworth

The middle/East will come down to BA vs Ensworth. Ensworth gets most of its impressive db's back and their stud rb back on offense. BA like you said depends on Schoenwald's success but with their skill players I feel they and he will be fine. MBA will be interesting to see what happens with the loss of Chandler and Owens. Euverard will have those guy ready tho. McCallie and Baylor are bit unknown and usually are before every season. McCallie gets a little talent back but losing riddle will hurt them. Baylor gets their qb and #2 back so offense should be good, and I think a few of their LB's are back on defense. JP2 and Father Ryan will still be in heavy rebuilding mode, especially JP2 who is losing a good senior class. If Rector can get the players he can win, but if he doesn't then he won't. He is a good coach that can win and has wherever he has been, but idk how much the administration is behind him The west like always will be a crap shoot but look for MUS again to be leader of it

Indy has a good chance of being successful next year in 6A. They need to find a qb and some guys on defense to step up. Ruth Co might be down a little next year so, Indy has a chance to be back due to all the skill guys they return. The key for them is which way they go in playoffs: east or west

Whitehaven did not play a team all year that has an offense even remotely close to BA's level. They can run and throw well and combine that with the tempo they play with they are almost unstoppable. However you are right whitehaven has a good defense. On the flipside though, I do not think Whitehaven would have a good enough passing game to beat BA. Would be a good game if they played

you love to hate on the zoneread guy don't you? every post he has made regarding the state rankings for the most part has been true. And to make bold & rash statements like that saying someone has no life and job you better be able to back it up. The college placement of kids that go to BA is very very good and ik this due to knowing many families that have children there. If it was so low and bad, I guess BA would not have to turn hundreds and yes hundreds of kids away from the school every year. Also, when most of the BA kids graduate they are successful citizens and contribute to society unlike other schools. Stop being an apologist with a victim mentality because you personally had a negative experience with BA.

I have only ever been to about 8-10 SC games ever but he cost them a few York games I wanna say maybe 2007-2009 York games and I remember a few of the pearl Cohn games and the Fairview game in 2012. Good coach but he tried to run stuff he didn't have the personnel for at SC

last year indy's offense was more diverse due to bunch being able to stretch the field with his arm along with nate johnson

i wouldnt call his offense a true spread offense but it has some spread principles. He is a players coach though

what the maryville guys are saying is that whitehaven and generally all memphis teams do not know how to win with class. Storming the field at a home game or a normal regular season or playoof game is completely different than doing it in the state championship with players, media, statewide tv there, and the whole trophy presentation to happen. Idk why they felt the need to rush the field rather than act normal and civilized and rush the field. It made whitehaven and memphis look terrible
