Rip, I understand what you mean. The loser of the WHH/MC game has been a better team through 10 games than Portland has, but the "odd man out" only has themselves to blame. WHH should not have let GB beat them and MC shouldn't have gotten beat by Portland early in the year. ☆If WHH beats MC next week, then 4-6 Portland is in over 7-3 MC. Doesnt even sound right!!!

Yes sir, I saw a kid (most likely an upperclassman lineman) decked out in his team sweats (pants and shirt). Not an actual poacher, but DEF representing JPII.

I was looking for other teams shirts and caps (not Beech or Gallatin) and saw apparel representing White House, WHH, East Robertson, Trousdale Co, Portland, Hendersonville, JPII, DA, Springfield, Watertown and Ravenwood. These are the ones I remember. And obviously, PC had at least a couple in attendance as well. So yes, to your point, there were fans from several other schools there to watch this week 9 playoff atmosphere rivalry game.

Eers, Briggs is a beast but I agree with you abt HC having the best "running game" that Beech has seen this yr. And if I'm not mistaken, HC's best RB was out when yall played them earlier this yr. I havent seen Page or Shelbyville this yr, but I've saw Gallatin 2x, Beech 2x and HC once. All 3 of these teams have a chance to be playing after Thanksgiving just bc they can all run the ball and play good D. And anyone who knows football, knows that these 2 things travel well, especially in cold/wet conditions late in the season.

Bump, I usually agree with you but #6 has been here since the opening drive. Yall have did a very good job of limiting him until his long td run bc IMO that's all you can do is limit him and hope for the best.
