TC isn't looking past Tyner. When it comes to 6 on TC nobody knows when he will come back. TC is more than capable of winning without 6 if they have too. TC is more than a one-player team this year if anyone plays TC that way the score this year will be worse than 35-0 like lady year. TC feeds off its defense which has scored over 40 points this season and is one of top-ranked in the state in all classifications.

I'm a TC fan and I agree with you Watertown should be rank higher than TC. My guess is that they are pushing Watertown for the 2 losses.

Your absolutely right last year was last year. Speed does kill when you get a player into space but at the same time if the other team has even more speed and size then speed means nothing. We will revisit this conversation if both teams win Friday night. I'm sure the Tyner kids do remember and are using that as motivation. Yes, adjustments they can be made but this isn't the same TC team as last year a different head coach and a different type of team than last year.

But some em weakness can't be adjusted like a bad line on both sides of the ball. Only so much you can do to hide weakness. If line play is a weakness especially up the middle of Tyner defensive/offensive line that will be shown on Friday against Westmoreland. I still feel like I did last year Tyner doesn't like physical play up front and it showed last year and I think it will show again this year but I could be wrong or I could be right.

My whole point is that you'll region from 3 down is weaker than our region from 3 down. Tyner has played the better two teams by far but Watertown schedule has better bad teams than Tyner if that makes sense.

How much speed dies Tyner has compared to teams in our region?

Nolensville, Upperman, and Trousdale are on the Watertown schedule. Tyler has a very week schedule outside of two games with their region being so weak.

That's great that Marion plays with honor and integrity. Also, you're right every game in the playoffs is the most important and I'm sure Mathis has played saved. Yes, Marion. Has beaten TC. With all that being said this Marion Co team isn't the team of yesteryear's and all those saved plays won't keep this game from being a running clock. I have told you in a different thread that in playoffs all that matters is a score board once that clock has zeros on it the football season is over for a team and that team will be Marion Co this Friday. I think Westmoreland will surprise some people on Friday night. They may not win but this game will be a one-score game if the Westmoreland team from early in the season shows up. They will have success running the ball between the tackles and will shorten the game and keep the ball away from Tyner. But I don't think they will be able to contain Tyner speed on the outside. ER will beat Bledsoe Grooves will have a huge game. The TC/Watertown games we basically no the outcome of those games both teams will be looking to get their second string in by 4th.
