Johnnie Frost will have some trick plays up his sleeve for this game. The last two meetings the trick plays have only served to put his team in a bigger hole, but he will still throw them out there. Huntingdon needs to be prepared for these as they have been in the past. I expect this game to be tight if Riverside takes care of the ball. Our defensive backs will have to be dialed in as they have been playing really well. I’m gonna roll with 28-21 Stangs.

It is soooooo hard to beat a good team twice in a season! Huge shoutout to Coach Miller guiding that defense tonight! We will have our hands full next week as well! I’m very proud of this team and coaching staff. Congrats to UC on a great performance this season!

You have every right to speak your mind but this is a message board not everybody is going to agree with you. Myself, and I’m sure every other Huntingdon poster knows that this game is going to be hard fought. All of the people coming on here saying “Huntingdon by 14” and such are from Martin, Trenton, etc. Ya’lls offense is made for this time of year which is why I stated earlier we have to do better on 1st downs and can’t let y’all get ahead of the chains with fullback dives. Your best defense will be a ball control offense.

We can’t let UC be as successful on 1st down plays this time. It’s hard to stop an offense when your giving up 6 or 7 yards on fullback dives on 1st down.

I don’t think dude is trying to be a know it all. He did give facts. We did have 90 yds in penalties before y’all got your first flag. We had 30 yds total tonight so maybe we are trending in the right direction.

Did the WV backup QB not play. When I watched both of their qbs warm up before the Huntingdon game I had actually assumed that the backup was the starter!

Union City is a extremely tough team. If they don’t turn the ball over they will be a tough out for any 2A team in the state. That offense is like watching paint dry, but extremely effective. Good luck in the playoffs!

That is true overall- but in region only games you have scored 186 points and given up 85. Huntingdon has scored 195 and given up only 66. I think region only games are a better indication of efficiency. Apples to Apples. No result would shock me in this game, I’ve seen some STRANGE things happen in the UC. But....and this is strange to say.... Huntingdon will have the advantage through the air if needed. I think this game is super close in first half, if both teams don’t have turnovers. And then Huntingdon leaves the Nadoes behind in the 2nd half. That’s just a gut feeling, UC is a very strong team.

And besides the clock should stop on the 1st down anyway. Yes the clock keeper would let several seconds drain off the clock whenever it suited the home team. I HATED the scoreboard. Hard to read. And the wind was a little nippy coming across the visitors section....other than that NO COMPLAINTS.

Why do you have USJ ahead of a team that beat them ? Too much love to the sweater vesters IMO.
