Price is real good, but don’t discredit what our QB means to this team. I have no real connections with the team other than being a fan of good football and I could tell by just watching him around those other players that he is a great leader! I also think they have a lot more talent at other positions that they have had in a while. We have had a great junior high program ( great coach)for the last several years and I believe you are starting to see that talent develop into great high school athletes. I have no ideal how good the rest of the region will be “including TC” but I do know what good football looks like and what I seen Friday at the scrimmage was a good football team. My hope is that these kids stay healthy and show up on week 3 and we have a heck of a ball game. They are still kids and no one knows who is going to show up on any given Friday, but if they play to their potential they will be a tough team play!

I’m not going to make any predictions, but I think one and two in this region is going to be a lot more competitive than people think.

Volstate That would make sense then. I don’t keep up with it like I use to. They made H2O look real good today. I guess we will see where we stand on week three against your yellow jackets!

Watched Watertown today in person against Macon County and they look pretty legit. Scored 4 TD’s to Macon Counties 0 when I left about 30 minutes into the scrimmage. They have a lot of weapons. I believe Price was in on 1 series on both offense and defense ( scoring on that 1 drive). What impressed me most was their defense. I think they forced 6 turnovers. In the last few years they have had high power offenses but a lackadaisical defense. I don’t think that will be the case this year. I am not sure how good Macon County will be, but they were definitely over matched today.

H20 had a Rb playing QB against TC last year due to our QB being injured the game before. From what I am hearing If H2O plays like they are capable of this year, they will be pretty hard to beat!

H2O first team scored 5 times and JBS did not score!
