You are right the only thing that might be in our favor with some of those teams in Memphis this year is our tough schedule preparing us for the playoffs. I may be over optimistic but after seeing the scrimmages I like what I see with our team to this point. Of course more work is to be done but I really think we will be better than first thought. Look for Odoms to have an Ethan Thompson "like" year. The kid can ball! The main thing is how the lines develop. GO BIG RED!!!

I like it. Looks like we was thinking alike on Beech and HC. Wouldnt be at all surprised if by the semi finals its Beech/HC again.

Henry County has some great talent returning. Have a few questions still as I'm sure other schools have as well. HC has a very tough non region schedule so it should be interesting. I believe we should be placed somewhere between 5 and 7. Beech will be very strong possibly top 2 or 3.

Running game will be fine. The passing game seems to be encouraging after last week and this week. One thing is for sure it will be another exciting season for the Patriots! Very tough non region schedule should make it interesting. GO PATRIOTS!!!!

How was the HC/Lexington scrimmage yesterday?

It sure did. I'm getting excited about this season more and more! I really think there will be about 5 or 6 players this year that will have a huge year! Who says you cant get UP for Spring ball!!!! Like the great Nature Boy says....WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! GO PATRIOTS!!!!!

Thank yall for the insight. I wasnt able to make it to Milan Friday. Sounds pretty promising! Gets me excited that 1st spring scrimmage went pretty well. So Dante Davis is back???? I watched him in middle school and I thought he was going to be one of the best RBs we have ever had! That's exciting! He always did a really good job on defense too. Does anybody know who this QB's name is? Is it Bona? I think we have plenty of talent it's just getting those players on the field in the right positions to get the best players on the field like we did this past season. GO PATRIOTS!!!

Well this Friday at 6:30 will be the first scrimmage between Henry County and Milan. What's your thoughts? What does Milan have coming back?

Any news on the high school field? Is that happening this year or what?
