12AA you can lay off the players from Giles County. If you gotta problem with OC y'all can work that out. I can assure you these young men have done nothing but work through adversity and worked there butts off. So lighten up!!! OC does a great job with our young men!! FB no way you guys are the underdog!! We just glad to gonna have the opportunity to compete. Much respect for all you have accomplished! But we sure do want to be playing in the semi at "THE BRICKYARD"!!

I think we take to a 4 quarter game! PC will be a tough game for us! OC will put a plan together for the Cats that if we execute and take care of ball will give a chance to win! If we take care of the ball in Stratford game it is over much earlier!

I agree FB. Schools should have more lattitude to do whats best for them especially when has to do with voluntarily playing up. Again one reason i think we need to drop at least one division is to place more schools in 5 divisions to give more options.

There has definitely got to be some adjustment other than straight numbers. Giles has spent the last 3 years having every away region game in metro Nashville, 75+ miles away. We are losing local rivalries. Should magnet schools be looked at differently? Number of classifications need to decline as more schools go private.

Whew!! It take a heck of game plan to keep Moore corralled. I believe OC will give us a chance!

The Cats have definitely played a tough schedule. 4 number 1 seeds in the playoffs in 4 divisions 6A, 5A, 4A, 3A. I think that has them prepared for the run. It will be a hard nosed game. See you Friday Night! Go Cats!!

Pretty sure there is a precedent case about transfer eligibility of 2 basketball players in Memphis. I can't remember what year. Where injunction was filed and state tourney proceeded. Their team went on to be state champs and court decisions came much later.

Where is there an article about what actually happened or is supposed to be what happened?

One of the big problems is that a compliant or possible violation is being held to the last possible moment to inflict as much damage as possible. Fayetteville City had little recourse but to file for an injunction or time would have kept them out of the playoffs regardless of guilt or innocence. TSSAA has got to address the transfer process. There are areas of the state that transfers are rampant and never looked at because private transportation can allow you to got to any school. There has got to be consistency across the board and currently there is none.

Be good for the Cats to continue to heal up some more before playoffs!

There doesn’t seem to be any discussion about MC players throwing bottles and stuff out of their bus at Giles county fans as they left the parking lot Friday night Love my tigers??? Are you going to be willing to suspend your players like OC and administration did? Plus the vulgar language and hand signs they used toward player parents standing as they left? Nor the mention that your number 3 wanted to fight long after the game was over. Let’s be balanced in our story.

We are struggling to get up off the mat from injuries. We can be as good or better than last just not as flashy. The level of competition we have been playing should have us prepared for the slugfest. In this rivalry game the records go out the window.
