I didn’t see anything on the beech game as to why it went so bad. The Springfield game had probably the most turnovers I’ve ever seen in a game. Sometimes in SWs red zone. Some for just a straight pick 6. HC Has to protect the football just to try to keep it close. No Free points like the Hendersonville cry babys got.

You saw Henry County fans praying for rain? That is literally what you said. Region 8 has been pretty trash the past couple of years. Last year Southwind went out round one to a terrible R7 Portland. But even a blind squirrel finds a nut every now and then.

You surely also read the part about HC in its 3rd road game when they got to beech. And you being a super fan and all knows y’all were on a bye week with pretty much 2 weeks to get ready. I gotta agree. I turned the game off at 28-0 I didn’t see anything super special about Southwind. The Jackets looked like the long bus ride took a toll on them and they couldn’t catch a single break. Southwind definitely watched film on #24 he was pretty much on locked down. Beech will definitely be the best team SW has seen all year. Friday night will tell the tale.

It’s kinda sad that Springfield is down this year, but I can’t imagine Southwind being better coached. I always watch social dweebs, the games and locker room talk and I like how coach Wilson talk about playing the next opponent up. Never knocking a team always humble and just happy to get his guys a shot and that number 8 for Hendersonville he’s gotta be tougher than TheCommissioners yellow toe nail. I’ll back region 7 till the end. Then I’ll back the team from the west if things go sidewards.

Who said anything about a mercy rule? I’m not even a Gtown fan. But when you beat the team that beat Oakland and you beat them by 9 I believe you’ve done something. It doesn’t make any difference to me if they went out in round 1. But let’s see it

What the good folks of Springfield are referring to is being grossly mistreated last year when they traveled to the undefeated Munford and put a straight whoopin on them boys and the didn’t handle it so well. Missed calls on players swinging on Springfield player and things of that sort.

#8 may play. He may have a lot of heart and all that fun stuff. However, you can’t convince anyone that watched him last week that he’s at all healthy.

I’m hoping for a region 7 sweep. I’m more worried about Hendersonville making out with a W. Their QB had heart but his knee has to be shot. Without him they don’t have much to offer on Offense
