UC coach kicked off 7 starters one being their running back. Would have been a totally different game with those 7 starters playing. May still not have won but would have been a lot closer game.

It’s not saying we have won already that’s just what we are hoping for.

Refresh my memory on who put that whoopin on them bulldogs!!

Hammonds, Baugus, Whittemore,Franks, are all a little banged up but should be ready for the GC game. Franks may still be a little questionable he had a pretty bad ankle sprain. This game really doesn’t matter but they remember last year and definitely want to end the year 10-0. I’ve seen GC play this year we should handle them pretty easy but Peabody better come ready to play! GC knows they have to win to make the playoffs!! Can’t wait til Thursday night!!

GC is not a very good team, I’ve seen them play a couple times this year and wasn’t impressed at all, and now with the QB injured they will be better off not even being in the playoff picture anyway.

Peabody definitely did not play to their potential against Halls. The defense seemed confused at times even though they didn’t give up any points. I think # 1 Hammonds not playing had an effect on that cause it seems to me he is the leader and runs that defense. The same goes on offense when #3 Baugus came out of the game and they put freshman Driggers in there he definitely showed he is a freshman. These younger players have to keep stepping up in situations like this for the Tide to return to Cookeville!! Peabody will definitely miss this group of Seniors next year!

I say let some of those starters and the ones a little banged up rest Friday night and be ready to put a good whooping on GC come Halloween night!! Peabody looked a little off this past Friday, the defense looked a little confused at times even though they didn’t give up any points I think they kinda missed #1 out there being their leader and running that great defense! You can tell #3 is the leader on offense when he came out after the shoulder injury the freshman looked like a true freshman. The Tide will definitely miss this great Senior class next year!!

I’ve seen GC play twice this year, should be running clock second half!

I’ve been to 2 of GC’s games this year and wasn’t impressed at all. Peabody should score as much as they want and our D should be all over their offense! I’ve kept my mouth shut all year over that GC loss last year while they posted over and over about their win. But that’s ok we will run it up on them this year!!

How can you put Meigs Co. Over Peabody when we are the defending State Champions and have pretty much man handled all our opponents so far?? Makes no sense to me!

I went to the GC vs WC game and I wasn’t impressed at all by either team. I would like to see the stats on this game, I bet GC had 200 yards in penalties. I think McKenzie and Adamsville both have a good chance at beating GC. I know GC beat UC but I would have to say that UC beat themselves. I think UC had over 500 yards of total offense if they hadn’t of turned the ball over so many times UC probably beats GC by the same amount!
