Sorry they recruit the kids early and tell them they can come to EHS if they pay a small fee. Seems like the team they are playing isn't capable of doing that from their fans. Yes it does. The more I watch Springfield the more confused I am how they have gotten here! Small, Slow, and Weak! However, well coached, disciplined, and they play hard. Just don't see those three positives outweighing the negatives against this team

Bingo! Nothing to do with multiple high schools best players all on one team. Carter Co All Stars - 42 Springfield - 14. Springfield lost 7 from the original prediction because I watched a game of theirs. They are small and outside of their qb not very fast.

Yes? From what I understand you can't do that in alot of counties. Robertson being one of them. The kids have to go to the school they are zoned for?

Why are some counties like Carter county allowed to do that? From what I've read Springfield (Robertson) can only use players from Springfield?

Betsy is using the advantages they have. Yes it is an advantage to get those kids from different schools. Springfield it sucks you don't have that advantage, but can't use that as an excuse. Springfield beat Haywood so they have a shot. A small one, but they have a shot.

I'm not a fan of any team. Just a football fan. Greeneville fans are just cocky and annoying. Always have an excuse for why they lose. They will give credit, but quickly blame coaches or injuries. Ballards are gone. It's over. Gonna be worse next year. "3 peat in sight". Ha! Better hope TN don't adopt the out of zone multiplier rule or Green will be fighting for playoff spots. Not state titles.

Springfield is "predictable as Church on Sunday morning". They can't throw very well at all. If Haywood shuts the run down it could get ugly fast.

Crockett County is a very good football team. Who had a hard schedule. Haywood will be ready.
