  1. Well, that was fun. See yall next year.
  2. That’s correct. Last minute pickup. No excuses though. We lost.
  3. I went back and looked. It was our 3rd game of the season. Definitely got outplayed. We did beat Cookeville and Stone Memorial later on in the season…
  4. I was there for that game. Remember the loss well. Wasn’t that the same year York beat y’all?
  5. Just for clarity I’m not complaining nor do I think they got screwed. The guru is the one that’s made 8 postings about the same thing.
  6. Dude I don’t even know you…my comment was meant to say that it doesn’t matter, you just have to play. In reality Clarksville should have been evenly matched with Bradley based on the record. You can ###### and whine about Bradley all you want, but it just makes you look like a whiner.
  7. It doesn’t matter. You play who you get paired with. Go Bearettes.
  8. It was a good one. Cool thing is that both local teams play on. Obviously I pull for the Bearettes head to head…but now I’m pulling for the community! Let’s get (2) W’s Saturday. Also kinda shocked at Reg’s squad this year. I wasn’t expecting to see them down.
  9. Who does Yaul play for? Wouldn’t want her on my team if she was scared to play!
  10. By doing what you mention their style of play has to change. When they have close games they want to play their style. The more they play the way they want to, the more effective and efficient they become. Thats what wins championships . We will just have to agree to disagree on this one…if a team doesn’t want to get blown out, PLAY BETTER.
  11. Lady Raiders played them good last time. Not gonna lie I was a little worried. Not the same as I was when she played…but still had some anxiety! Should be a good game.
  12. If you want to play for the best team/coach in the area go there. It’s not hard to see why kids go to Bradley.
  13. Wow…just checked in to see if there was any region chat from the SE part of the state and stumbled across this. More running up the scores talk. I wouldn’t say that the scores are run up…I’d say the other team can’t stop them. What do you propose be done…go 4 corners and pass the ball around for 3 quarters? Maybe intentionally miss shots to keep it close? Shoot from 1/2 court only? Play 3 on offense and keep 2 back on the other end? Maybe only play 4 players??? Why would you penalize the Bradley players because the other teams can’t match their level? They are playing for another championship and in order to do that they are expected to pay their best night in and night out. Teams competing for championships don’t slow down. You play the game to win. Plain and simple. As for Reuter there’s no one else in the area that I would have wanted my kid to play for…call names all you want if it makes you feel good. Maybe sometime you can show us on a doll where he hurt you! That might be the first step in your recovery.
  14. I get the thoughts that the outsiders might have…but as a parent of both former Bear football players and a Bearette basketball player I think it’s fair to comment. The programs draw players due to the success. Until the tide turns I think it will remain that way. We’ve been gone for several years but I still love Bradley…even as a Cleveland grad!
  15. Funny but no. Just the dad of a local kid that went to the school with the best program in town. Ended up getting a college scholarship afterward. Hate all you want, but the Bearette program gets the best kids in the area. They want to play for the best team around.
