  1. Agreed! My son only played under him for 2 years and came to love and respect him. He is a great man in so many ways and put his heart out on the field (and in the classroom) for every single kid in his scope of vision. We were blessed to have had him and he will be truly missed at Red Bank.
  2. Good luck y’all! Hope your qb is back on the field next week.
  3. 7-7 4:12 left in first. Bees qb hurt.
  4. I figured the first round would have some blowouts (which it did) but the second round has a LOT of 30+ point differentials as well. So I’m asking you veterans, is that typical up until the 3rd round? Will there be more? TIA!
  5. 30 minute delay MCFAN3, go ahead and order dessert
  6. You can’t leave us hanging like that! Let’s hear it..
  7. At half time I just knew Central had it in the bag but here y’all are! We’ve got a couple of really great freshmen too so it’ll be an interesting game. We have had a couple of weird calls as well that could have cost us a game or two. 30 yard penalties are painful haha Red Bank doesn’t have a whole lot to offer cuisine-wise but here’s a couple offerings. For a great bar burger go to Merv’s on Mountain Creek Rd. Pizza can be had at Pizza Cortile or Crust. For some decent tex-mex try Amigos. All of these are within 5-10 minutes of the stadium. Safe travels friend!
  8. Y’all must have played a heck of a game! Central was tough and took more than one team by surprise, including us. Looking forward to playing y’all next week!

  10. Here’s a little mix of 1, 2, 3 & 4 https://outline.com/vXkT7q
  11. Hmmm I don’t think he gets paid for what he does as it seems that this is all his own work and his own media efforts (insta, Twitter, websites, podcasts, etc.. ). He may just love football and is prepping for journalism or some such thing in the future. He does have guests and cohorts but I wouldn’t consider them “staff”
  12. A young guy 20ish (I believe he played at Warren?) who keeps tabs on the local football scene. He does weekly game predictions and such. Usually pretty darn accurate from what I’ve seen outta him this season.
  13. There’s a $10 monthly subscription, (couple bucks more than a ticket) and you can unsubscribe after you watch the Lions in the final playoff
  14. https://www.nfhsnetwork.com/events/alcoa-high-school-alcoa-tn/gam5dbdf07da9 slide your phone in a pocket, pop an ear bud in
  15. Can confirm from eyes on the ground. QB is in the Lions locker room ready to go so I’m confused as well.
  16. I still can't wrap my head around some of those calls and so many flags SMH Looked like confetti out there.
  17. Besides being a little lippy, the silliest we saw tonight were the dudes wearing black and white stripes so we'll try to do better next week Looking forward to it.
  18. Really really good game and we sure appreciate y’all! On a side note, imma give y’all a delayed trophy for sportsman of the match. Whomever #10 is is quite the gentleman. During a game folks usually stand out with their athleticism, speed, skills, etc.. but this dude stood out for his mannerism throughout the game. Among other things, he was picking up folks from the Lions that got knocked down, heck he helped up a Lion that knocked HIM DOWN. Whomever his parents are, they better be darn proud. That’s a good kid. *Clap*
  19. I actually thought of your prediction when Loudon scored that last TD and I noticed the score differential. Good call! haha
  20. It’s due to the growing Hispanic population downtown. It’s helped their soccer team DRASTICALLY but I don’t think those kids will make much of a change for the football team unless they recruit a round ball kid for kicker.
  21. They have some amazing players no doubt about it! Some of those young men have multiple offers and can pick and choose as they and their families see fit. The coaching staff seems to have a good network so we’ll see where they land! I’m definitely looking forward to it.
  22. Haha ok I’ll agree. I suppose it was just my reflection on this particular start compared to other games.
