To be fair, any fan wants their team to win. I'm not a fan of this gauntlet of a schedule we seem to have every year. If you aren't winning, fans won't show up, fans won't be as enthusiastic as they would if we was winning more. Thats just how it works. I dont suggest we have the easiest schedule, but I think they should lighten up somewhat on the scheduling of games. Just my 2 cents.

Thats really impressive being that he is still a Junior and almost half way through the season. With his whole senior year ahead too, I think it would be very safe to say that once he gets that record, it will not be broken for many many years, IF EVER!

Historically we usually do a pretty good job at stopping the option. If that's what they run i feel pretty confident in our group to slow that down significantly. As far as them loading the box to stop the run, i wish they would do that

South Gibson comes into town to take on the Henry County Patriots. The Hornets just tasted their first defeat of the season losing to Jackson North Side 30-27 and that puts them at 4-1 on the season. Henry County blasted Clarksville NW 48-0 to move them to 2-3 on the season. This is a non region game between the Hornets and the Patriots. How do yall see this game going?

I remember seeing him at Inman, he was a stud. So was Lavon Tharpe.

We need him to play more. Ryan Damron started as a freshman, Caden Marshall got good playing time as a freshman, we need a couple of those young guys from Grove in my opinion.

Final : Henry County - 48 Clarksville NW - 0 Great all around performance by the Big Red. Always nice to get a shutout. I wasnt at the game but who was that RB at the end of the game? He looks promising. It was nice seeing those 2nd and 3rd string players step up and preserve the shutout on defense.

That would be nice to have him back in time for the playoffs. In the meantime maybe some of the other guys will see some good solid minutes and build a little depth there at RB.

Yeah that is possible it has happened more than once.

The Tennessean has the more accurate polls in my opinion. Strength of schedule does mean something. We didn't get blowed out by Beech or Brentwood.

He played 1 year at the high school and that was his senior year. That was like 2 years ago I think.
