I can't imagine he'd want to pull his kids out of their current school, in the middle of their hs careers, to go a rebuilding program for the exact same pay. That seems silly.

He's not throwing them. #14 looks like he's dragging his left hand on the ground right in front of the snapper's face. It causes the pellets to kick up a couple feet. I went and watched after you said it. He did it all three times they set up.
