I can’t imagine Forrest changing their offense —especially considering they will have a 5‘6“ running back playing quarterback or a freshman, they might not have a pass completion all season… Dixon, maybe Cascade’s best athlete, is the likely quarterback and the new RB is 200lbs Mount pleasant was mostly juniors last season so I don’t expect much improvement Summertown has speed and that MLB/RB is a monster Richland has the best QB in the Region Loretto unlikely to do much

And last seasons Forrest victory was 14 to 7 with two minutes remaining in the third quarter —and we had at least four starters out due to injury, it certainly was not the domination that you remember…

I’m new to the area-I have no clue of the program’s history and neither do the players-past performance means very little-fwiw, Cascade and Forrest are 1-1 since I moved to Wartrace

My picks: 1. Cascade 2. Forrest 3. Richland 4. Summertown 5. Mt. Pleasant 6. Loretto

The injury bug derailed Cascades season--only lose 4 seniors--and brought in two transfers that are expected to contribute from day 1--should be right there with Forrest.

Still lost a lot of All region players—including the DPOTY and the QB. The line should be great—Cascade also returns all linemen, plus picked up two big transfer skill players. Should be fun!

Transfer portal activated again: 6'4 TE/DE Sophomore, by way of Florida, has just arrived to the Cascade campus.

Cascade just picked up a nice transfer --190lb Junior--expected to soften the loss of Inmon at both Qb & OLB--Cascade has speed w/ hands-need some plays to get 1v1 along the sideline
