This actually is a pretty good pick up I must admit. It’s going to be good for the program to have him and Josh Smith on staff. Two guys that played D1 football and spent time at an NFL mini camp

They’ve both gotten worse. I’ve seen enough games to know that.

All these college signees went yo other schools for 3 years, were getting college offers then transferred to Bearden. It’s not like this staff did much to develop them. The BBall coaches son and the Seymour transfer were some of the most talented QBs in the region, and you guys developed them into QBs who might complete one pass a game.

Most of this is complete gibberish. But the one part I could decipher is putting kids in college. This coaching staff hasn’t put a single Bearden kid in college. They completed wasted one of the best WRs in East TN and have ruined two talented QBs. All because they’re in over their heads.

After that first paragraph, I can see why you’re a TA and not a teacher. Have you made the move from South Knoxville to Bearden yet? Maybe he left because he is an actual teacher and coach, and didn’t want to be associated with a group of foul mouthed middle school coaches who like to pretend they’re big time.

It may be hard to believe but there’s more people than me that think you guys are a bunch of losers. I’m sure the coaching staff, yourself included, cursed at a bunch of high school students. Nobody could name more than 3 coaches on staff due to the constant turnover.

What do you mean they’re exaggerated? In the time he’s been there he has officially hired 10 coaches who are no longer a part of the program. That is a fact. If anything I’m underreporting the number who have left. Only one left for a better job. Having that high of a turnover rate is a major red flag.

First you said my numbers were exaggerated now my numbers are correct but it’s fine and totally normal. jones reminds me of an old saying, run into an #### first thing in the morning, you met one ####. Run into assholes all day, you’re the ####.

It’s called building a program people want to be a part of. If you lose a majority of the people you hire, you either aren’t qualified to be making the hire, or you haven’t built a quality product. this is likely the outcome of hiring who aren’t qualified to be teachers and have no ties to the school and the community. So it’s no big deal if they jump ship. None of the coaches that left were teachers in the building. So that not hiring teachers comment makes no sense. They’ve only had one coach leave for a head coaching job. And he only got that job because no one else wanted it.

Probably because since he’s been there at least 10 coaches have either quit, left, or were hired but never actually started. all the rumors are kids are trying to bolt left and right. Coaches are seeing how dysfunctional the program is and washing their hands before they even get started. And now their running out of money and the boosters are getting tired of constantly being hit up for more.

You know it has to be bad otherwise DAWGS would be on here to defended his boss’s honor.

By recruiting, I mean members of a coaching staff are talking to, meeting with, giving tours, to students, and their guardians, that are not zoned for their school. there’s no way that many non Bearden kids just showed up all at once without being recruited. It can’t be a coincidence that all those kids also went through the middle school all star game your boss puts on every year.

I’m sure Maryville did recruit him. Wouldn’t be the first one they have. But that’s not what I was talking about. Does Bearden recruit yes or no? It’s either they don’t recruit and kids just showed up of their own accord. Or Bearden is recruiting like everyone else?

Recruiting is about getting kids there, and nothing to do with a kid leaving. Smith was recruited to Bearden and still decided to jump ship. I’m not sure exactly what point you’re trying to make. Are you saying Bearden doesn’t recruit at all, and all these kids just decided to show up all at once? Or are you saying everyone has always recruited but now Bearden is too?

So they took money to go to catholic and Maryville, but just decided on Bearden because they lived there?
