I think if Dyersburg comes out hard from the beginning, we should win comfortably. If we don't come out hard, we could keep Northside around and they have the threats to get a goal or two. I just can't see their defense staying with our forwards, and I know last year their attack wasn't fast enough to beat our defense. Dyersburg just has to play hard and things should take care of themselves.

I just hopes United strengthens their midfield and Rooney gets healthy. If those two things happen, I see them winning the EPL next year.

USJ is a great team at home, but Westview has alot of attack. This game will be tough for both teams. I think this game goes to pk's, and anyone can win if that happens.

Westview lost a great game to Dyersburg. USJ beat Northside in a close contest. In my opinion, Westview's attack will be strong enough to score at least a goal on USJ and their tight defense. I also think that USJ doesn't have enough attack to get past Westview's defense. However, USJ are very hard to beat at home, and have a way to stay with teams when they shouldn't. With that being said, I predict Westview-1 USJ-0...Any other predictions?

I would love for United to bring in Carrick or Kevin Nolan, one of those blue collar central midfielders that does all the dirty work, is what United needs now.. If they could get one of those two plus Diarra, the central midfield will be strong enough for them to challenge for the top spot in the EPL again

this game should have went to Haywood. They had so many chances, and they missed a penalty during regulation. Sheffield won't even come close to beating Madison. I predict Madison to win the region 6-0.

Thanks for that, and those making remarks are not saying anything against Gavin. Gavin is just doing what he is told by the Westview Admistration. They are the ones who are putting the players' season at risk. But Nick is right, dyersburg will not turn Westview in. We have no reason to. Gavin makes that team better which makes our rivalry stronger, which makes the games more fun to play in. That game for the district was the most fun I have ever had playing soccer. Personally, I don't give a crap that they have Gavin, they could have Alex Ferguson for all I care, because beating them makes it that much sweeter. There is no comparison between Madison and Dyersburg. Madison won the BOTW and they have a great team. Dyersburg also has a great team, with tons of talent. We slipped up against Westview in the BOTW, but they gave us more incentive to win the district and we will do everything to win region. If Madison wins their region and D'burg wins theirs, we won't meet until the state final. So we can just settle who is the best then.

This game is always tough for both teams because it is a very intense rivalry and both teams really don't like each other on the field. Martin is hosting the tourney so they get the home-field advantage, but I have to go with dyersburg 2-1...These teams are not only the two best teams in the district, but they are also the two best teams in the region. Look for these two to meet up in the region final as well. I hope its a clean game, and let the best team win.
