If Williams continues to drop the passing game like last year we will be in serious do do. Don't tell me about Kitts the year before mentality either because we had a balanced attack that actually scared teams because we could strike in the air and Ward used it to perfection. Last year the passing game was a joke but running game was ok due to manchild Leonard with all those pancake blocks. With Leonard gone we better learn to mix it up or expect some lean times at the crossroads.

Karns 14 Halls 4 Karns 18 hits on a Halls team. Crazy times. I would have lost money at vegas on this one. Whats wrong with Halls baseball this year. Three slobberknockers against District teams has Coach P scratching his head. Come on Red Devils lets get it together. We have too many quality players to let this happen.

Losing Caleb Leonard hurts the running game. With no passing game to speak of last year I really wonder were the offense will come from. A team emphasis will have to be brought back and we can't rely on a few individuals it will take a big task to get back to the playoffs but it can be done. Good luck Devils.

Halls looks lethargic. They are young but they need to work hard and kick it into gear. Powell looks too strong this year I'm afraid.

I have to agree with Devilsden. We need to explore and develop passing leagues. Can't we get one of our so called assistant coaches to work on that alone. Running game is fine lets get better. Also, the lineman blocking for the passing game has a lot to be desired. Don't we run block on most passing formations and use the element of suprise. Well nobody was surprised last year as our QB ran for his life and tucked the ball for little if no gains.

Nailed it head on. How many Halls fans are in denial they can improve without the passing game. I guess everyone is happy with 4-6 or 5-5 or even 6-4 if the stars all align right. It won't get better until reality sets in.

Powell should be up for this so bad bad news for Walker Valley.

Some balance needs to be achieved. Or............. Who wants to play QB if we don't throw? Who wants to play receiver if we don't have a QB that has any confidence in passing? Ultimately do we lose the Skill players that don't run the ball because of our sell out to the run. I agree with Devilsden we need more than a good defense and running game to win against the big boys in this district now. We can't live in the seventies and eighties and think we can relive those memories again those days have come and gone.

Week and week out i don't see how West does it. I was shocked the Rebels beat the Dragons. So I know this one will be close even though Powell holds all the firepower. What the Bobcats had to endure last week just wasn't right. Blitzkreig someone called it. I bet the Admirals feel the same way this week. What happend. I think it will be a good game and definetly for #2 as Clinton has been underperforming the past two weeks.

It's over. The only way we had a remote chance of backing in was West to lose out and tie with us and Central. Clinton already like you said has five wins and we lost to them at home 33-17. So all we can do is play for pride. One thing you have to like is we have some position players coming up with experience and I think will be much better next year than people once thought. But no way am I going to cheerlead like I fell victim to this year.

It's over the Glimmer is gone. West pulls out a dramatic 23-19 win over Clinton. That closes the deal for our playoff hopes for this year. Oh well it was a stretch anyway. West runs back a kickoff with less than a minute left in the game after the Dragon went ahead 19-17. West just finds a way to win the close ones. Halls nice win tonight 44-21.

Farragut getting waxed tonight by a good Owls team

Halls needs to keep their heads up. Forget what happened in the past and finish strong. The offense started to awaken last week. We can't be flat tonight we need to play with a purpose and have a little fun. Everyone deserves it for the hard work this year.

Averaging over 16 points is unlucky. You played us, LC and SD the bottom of this District and your three wins. Hardly a good resume. If your already putting the other four teams on a pedestal that beat you this year thats really sad. Did you know those two drives were against a team that had been stricken by mono and still toughed it out. 22-19 was lucky at home. We have had a difficult year but at least I admit it. Besides Maryville Clinton was the best team we faced this year at least athletic wise. They could make mistake but if they bring their A game it isn't going to be close. They have your answer to last years team with Wagner & Easterley with Ryan throwing to them in Witherspoon, Chapman with Stone chucking it around. It sounded like KnoxRebel was a little cocky taking Clinton likely. We'll see what will happen tonight. Like I said I will be very impressed if you beat the Dragons heck I'll take it one step further if you stay close on the scoreboard I'll still be impressed.
