Respectfully you have tried to over simplify the situation, no idea your definition of a “Dude”, most highly rated recruits in Tennessee have all transferred during high school, many twice, allowing a one time transfer simply allows everyone, not just those with the financial means an opportunity to transfer. Allows everyone the opportunity to take their shot at getting noticed, having a good high school experience, finding a system that best suits their abilities. Time to follow the federal court decisions and allow these kids some freedom

Each school district will determine to accept new students, this proposal allows for freedom for families, levels the playing field, hopefully approved soon

Let’s hope a new transfer rule allows a simplified and fair system for families, it is long over due

I am definitely for the rule change, allow the kids the opportunity to make a move that serves their best interest, they get one shot to play, they should be allowed to find a school that they fit in with and they can showcase their talent. Glad the legislature is getting involved, TSSAA has been to slow to act!

Turf provides a much better playing surface, glad to see the increase in number of turf fields

It is the absolute right thing to do, these young men and women need to have the ability to move if the situation dictates it. A lawsuit would force the change at this point, it is way over due and a change that is needed now.

The county transfer kids have dried up at Elizabethton, some of the best athletes at the school are simply not playing, dark days ahead I am afraid, dark

I was hopeful, but sadly you probably ran out of fireworks, AC killed us.
