First of all neither of these situations involved the crimes being caught on camera. You must understand that for these charges to be levied video and 2 witnesses are required. Secondly, OJ was never proved innocent. Guilty folks can't be proven innocent. He was found "not guilty" because of inadequate prosecutors. Finally, he was found "guilty" by overwhelming evidence in the civil trial. These thieves were caught on camera, in the act, red-handed. One question: if you were leaving the store at that very moment these guys were approached, would you have ran from and possibly attempted to jump in a car to escape? Answer: only if you had a reason to run.

SD doesn't have to beat Central to make playoffs. Wins against Powell, Halls, and LC could get them in depending on how the others do head to head. Equal records against Powell and Halls would put SD in due to the fact that they won the tiebreaker by winning on the field. Gibbs does not help them by the way.

You are correct. All baseball players are now legit, or were during this past season, but were not that way to start the season (check out your senior catcher's address before the season started). Yes, the player from Seymour was very much considering playing at SD. Ask him or his buddies at SD. As far as a football player from Blount County, go back and read the original post. This is/was a baseball player that conveniently moved into South Knoxville to play for Coach Howard (it's a shame he missed his senior season due to injury) half way through his eighth grade year to play with his previous teammates. Maybe it's not recruiting by the coaching staff officially, but the parents had a huge hand in all of it. Don't get me wrong, I respect the SD staff and enjoyed the success of the team, but it is presumptuous for someone to make a blanket statement that SD only plays with what they have. Just simply not true as is the case for most teams.

I agree. I believe if Wilson stays healthy for 2 years, he's definitely D1 material. Several others have a chance, some a little better than others, if they have productive Jr. and Sr. seasons. It amazes me, however, the success that local teams, and some not so local, have with "Central" players, and then their very fans talk smack about the Bobcats.
