Daylight and dark between last years team and this year for Dyersburg. Peabody wins.

Totally agree on the coaching part. Dyersburg also lost that many seniors with with half the amount of students.

Way down year. Combination of being very young and also lost two starters from last year that are not on the team anymore. May be the longest year in a long long time for the Trojans. Im not going to put my personal opinion on here. It would probably ruffle some feathers.

Not gonna make a prediction but I will say I have been playing and watching high School football for 35 years and I can tell you Dyersburg is really , really good. This is the best and fastest defense at least since the Counce years and maybe ever.

Dyersburg comes in somewhat healthy on the offensive side of ball. We do have 2 defensive lineman that played the first time around that will not play this time. This is a toss up in my opinion. I do believe that Dyersburg has the better team this year but that means nothing when you are talking playoffs and rivalries.

In my opinion it will be hard for either team to beat the other twice. This one is important for playoff seedings but the one in November is the one that counts. Dyersburg has the talent to win this game but this playing every other week sucks. I have no idea what to expect.

I think not playing for two weeks and everyone telling them how good they are for two weeks was the main reason. There was a blatant late hit out of bounds in the third quarter that seemed to flip the switch on. They played like a different team after that.

Looks like Peabody has turned off comments on their FB page. Probably makes since when you are asking for an opponent after turning one down.

100% agree. Coaching staff comment and all. Peabody could win this game. Robbing everyone in west Tn from seeing a classic.

I can assure you this guy knows the true story. Peabody refused to play. I have the upmost respect for Peabody but you can put a * by the winning streak.

Maybe the best and biggest DL ever at Dyersburg. They caused havoc last night. Don’t know if I would put them in front of Covington but we will see later in the year.
