Yes Morris will have surgery in the morning. Nothing major he broke a finger on his left hand. He will be back soon.

I agree that the Bobcats totally played a great game and whip us with out a doubt. But when you say shameless ploy I think you are calling the kettle black on that one. The Bobcats fans showed just how classless they are with their chants. To call out one player and yell at him not stop is not only showing no class but is very unsportsman like. I think it is mighty big of people sitting in the stands to go after someone out there giving it his all on a football field. . All I can say is his mother took it better than I would have and I thought our player showed great class by ignoring the Bobcat fans.

This will be an emotional night for the Seniors. Couldn't think of a better way to end their Senior high school season than with a win over the Bobcats on their home field. Go Tigers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm unaware that #1 is hurt. #12 has been out since the first of Oct. #3 has mri tomorrow on knee which was injured in DL game. #62 has been out for two weeks looks to be back for Giles game and #4 should be back by the playoffs. Not sure what injury for talking about for #2. The bad thing is all these guys are Seniors.

As Coach Thomas would say "when we win" . The boys are looking really good as a whole. It is so hard to believe that only 3 games are left until we go to playoffs. This season has really gone by quickly. They can not count Spring Hill out. Hopefully all Tigers will stay healthy this week. As always GO TIGERS!!!!

It was an awesome game. The stands were filled elbow to elbow and I don't think it was just because it was Homecoming. The stands were pumped up and so were our players. Keep it up Tigers!!! Has anyone heard anything on Greer?

What's up with the Tiger fans? I have never seen them so quite. I'm going with the Tigers (of course). It should be a good one. The rain will be a big factor if it rains like they say.

The lights came on and the hitting began at 12:01 am for the Marshall Co Tigers and their doing 3 practices aday this week. The Tigers had a big turn out at midnight from their fans. The boys were pumped as was their faithful. Here's to the future no looking back only ahead!!!!! Go Big Blue!!!!

I would most assuredly say he's a football man. Seems a little weird to have someone with such high coaching accomplishments to come in as a principal. Lets hope for a good year.

K Reed coached that freshman team and yes that group of boys have always been sucessful when they have played together.

The meeting went well. Not a lot of parents showed up maybe 20 to 25 players were represented by their parents if that many. He spoke stright foward and if he sticks by his statements then those who really want to play football will and those who aren't serious about it won't. The players will have to really want to play and be dedicated to survive this coach. You know that old saying of "it's my way or the highway " this guy invented it.

I just hope who ever hires him knows that they are getting a coach who does not care about or respect his players.

Coach will be announced tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. Plans are for WJJM to carry the press conference live on WJJM 94.3.

If this is the case I just hope he's here for the long haul. Some of these boys are running out of time in their high school careers. All they are going to remember is confusion, disappointment and the regret of never knowing what they could have done in those 4 years if they had the backing of the coaching staff, adminstration and fans. Here's to next year may it be sucessful. And yes I do believe Lavergne is in TN.
