the truth is...

once again, someone who doesn't know what they are talking about or someone who just doesn't want to tell the whole story. sunbright played two games that day with pickett county. the first game which was a varsity game was 5-0 sunbright winning. r. hawn pitched a 2-hitter(i believe). the second game is what pickett county posted on the scoreboard where they did beat sunbright 5-3. was this a jv game??? maybe...maybe not as far as the sunbright/wartburg game. give wartburg credit, they did what they had to do to win.

now what is your excuse for sunbright beating coalfield last night 8-2? i am sure you will have one. maybe, just maybe, sunbright is the best team in this district and one of the two top teams in the region with rockwood. GO HILLBILLIES!!!!!!!! some people get on here and do not know what they are talking about.....you are one of them.

yeah..we know. they should be in 2a ball.

this once again proves how tough region 2 is. i think harriman will beat hampton this year and it will then give region 2 a semi-finalist team again. region 1...don't take is personal that region 2 is just a better football region year in year out.

last night at the coalfield/sunbright game. back judge missed an obvious pass int. call. sb qb stuck the ball across the goalline two times and they did not call a td...instead they called a fumble after the second time he stuck it across and someone knocked it out of his hands, thus giving the ball to coalfield on the 1yard line. several other bad calls during the whole night.

you are probably right, because you are right about everything else. btw, we scrimmaged them last year and they beat us by 1td. i believe we could hold our own.

you boys better hope that they don't play to good of defense. they are liable to win the game for their offense. that is how they beat sb.

well, since that is the case. i am going to call all of the coach's in our region and tell them to forfeit their game if they have to play hampton in the playoff's. b/c we obviously do not have a chance to beat them.

listen, whether it is sb or oneida, they will not score 50 on either team.

no one has came on here calling sunbright a powerhouse. the only thing about sb was that they beat kings 35-0 and then you guys started running your mouths about how strond and dominating region 1 is...or thinks they are.

it doesn't matte if they beat coalfield. let me further simplify this for you...oneida loses and sb is in the playoffs.

your right. great job unaka defense. only if you had an offense to go with that stingy defense. you only lost that temple game 33-0.

let me educate you. if greenback wins and sb loses, that puts 3 teams with a 2-4 region record...greenback, oneida, and sunbright. the tiebreaker then goes to best overall record. sunbright would then get awarded the 4th seed.

so what you are saying is that hampton can get better in their passing game in a year's time, but none of out teams can get better at anything in a year's time? that is not a well thought out statement. also, with all due respect, hampton played happy valley last week. they are not what you would call a powerhouse.
