There were two seniors who supplied the names of the kids who were suspended to the AD (Davis). So the real problem you have at your school lies in the senior class and the administration. I agree with you its time to quit talking about this. But if anyone does let's put the blame where it belongs on the power hungry administration at Clinton. They can't control the real thugs in the school so they pick on basketball fans.

I agree 100% Davis is the worse thing to happen to Clinton athletics since the hiring of Catlett to be the head Football Coach. This is a move made entirely to kill the Basketball Program. By keeping the student section from being full of energy and spirit. I predict Oak Ridge will walk over the Dragons due to stupid moves like this one. You need fans in order to win. Don Lockard would not put up with this, what's wrong with Little Lockard? This started due to a scuffle with two freshman students. I guess this is what Davis was looking for in order to kill the Orange Crush.

That could be a good thing. However if I had a kid who I thought had potential to make a career at football I would not be looking at a single A school like Oliver Springs. I would be looking into the likes of CAK, Webb or Catholic, somewhere they could get exposure.

I could see that happening especially if all their coaches are headed there.

I have heard talk that the head and assistant coach at the middle school are going over to run the offense next season.

Yes Coach Stecker is doing a wonderful job. And I believe that the kids playing now will stay and some more players will come along when they see how good things are going to be at Clinton. Coach Shattuck is turning things around for the players and he will be successful as a head coach as long as people in the stands get behind him and stay there no matter what.

The two players you speak of are good kids but not players, that is why they were dressed out with the freshmen. And yes I do believe Rogers Coleman And Longmire may have made a difference for AC but they still could still have easily come out on the losing end.

In my opinion Oak Ridge better get ready for a dry spell there is not much talent in the pipeline. In two seasons you also will join the band of sorry teams

Doesn't say much for the Freshmen they were beat by the Clinton Freshmen last night 49-0. Better days are just around the corner for the Dragons.

William Blount and Alcoa Middle School programs are very much involved and play against the Clinton team matter of fact Clinton middle beat Alcoa 47-0 two weeks ago. Clinton has very strong freshmen and sophomore players and will be a force to be reckoned with within two years.

Let's look at this vandalism thing just a little bit. Does anyone remember KCA and what it meant? It was painted on the wall of CHS most every year before the OR game. And it was uncalled for also, but we never opened an investigation, and I dare say that the police were never notified. The poor janitor just took care of it. I agree the vandalism should not have took place but Clinton needs to get off this thing they are doing about how sorry they are for something some kids done that basically just need their behinds swatted as all kids do at times. Oh yeah OR never issued a public apology to CHS or even acknowledged anything went wrong. It's time for Clinton to start supporting their team no matter what.

I sat through that scrimmage and I agree Scott High outscored Clinton however the Dragon's were not getting "knocked around" it was a good solid scrimmage by both sides including JV and Freshman. Clinton will win 3 or 4 this year next year they will be in the thick of it all JV's and frehesmen may go undeafeted.
