Both teams played really good, but Greenbrier just couldn't hold onto the ball - 4 fumbles and an INT. Dekalb was able to capitalize on and score from 3 of those. It seemed whenever GB was moving the ball well, we fumbled it away. Ziegler had three scores and #15 Elder had one - his first HS TD I believe. Congrats to Dekalb, you are much improved, good luck the rest of the way.

Anyone confirm what gametime is? I've seen 7 and 7:30. An extra 30 minutes sure would be nice to make it for kick-off.

Greenbrier's 2nd team played the entire second half too, and held DL scoreless so that is something positive I guess. Congrats to DL.

Yeah I always hate going there too. Seems like being at a middle school game, to be sitting on one sideline. But then again it is in Cheatham county after all, so I shouldn't expect too much.
