LA was up 33-0 at the half. CC threw 3 INT's in the first half and nothing was working in their run game. If I'm not mistaken, they never threw a pass in the second half. ?????

Well you were right about CAK playing into LA's hands passing all the time. Their QB was 18--18 to start the game. Halftime score CAK--23 LA--0

I think MC was 11-1 and SC was 10-2. That was the year LA started the season 1-3 before changing their offense and winning their last 7 including a bowl game despite not making the playoffs. LA was better than both these teams by year end but still wouldn't have beat Uncle Jimmy.

I made no prediction of this year. Just pointed out what had happened in the last 2 years. I will not be surprised no matter the outcome. LA lost a lot last year and I really don't know what to expect this year outside of their 2 stars. New QB could be a big factor. If CAK can contain those 2, I'm really worried about the outcome---but that's a big IF!!

If I am not mistaken, LA has 10 or 12 interceptions against CAK in their last 2 meetings. I would say that is playing into the hand of LA's strength.

LA would win state every year if they played the most talented they have according to some. I've been hearing that since I was there maaaany years ago. Had some buddies that were pretty good players and when asked why they were not on the team reply was always " Coach Vaughn wouldn't let me play". I'm sure it had nothing to do with them refusing to cut their hair, shave, or quit smoking!! Excuse was always others had bigger name than they did!

I can't believe no one is talking about this game! It was the most unbelievable comeback I have ever witnessed! I had gone to stand by the door to get out before the crowd when the roof caved in on C-range. Half of the crowd had already left. I think the score was 52-44 with less than one minute left when it all started? I didn't see what happened on the technical call---anybody know?
