Yep, two darn good football players right there. Hoxie wasn't cleared to play (shoulder) until the Murvil game and he rolled his ankle bad in the first qtr. He is really favoring that ankle right now and is nowhere near 100%. He's had a rough go of it so far this year.

He is actually a legitimate IB student. I know Coach Cummings was thrilled that West would become an IB school. Noah Hoxie is also an IBer from Gibbs. But that's the only two.

I coached with Overton at Carter, he's a good coach. You guys are definitely on the right track just have to stay the course and keep doing things the right way. When the wins begin to come maybe you can start keeping your own players. It would be nice to have Kirby and Cottrell right about now.

The Gibbs defense is good. They cause a lot of confusion upfront with shifting and movement, which is not good for our o-line. Their linebacker play is very very good. I think we will have the advantage once again on the outside with T and Darel. The offense has a good running back, but I think they will struggle against our D.

He should have been ejected for that game and the Halls game.
