Black Friday on the Creekbank....I love it. I may actually get to see my Jackets play this week. Or at least send my rep Owl 77 with #1JacketFan and company. Hope both teams play an injury-free game. I pray for McKenzie to have save travel to and from TC. May the best team win....sure hope it'll be the Jackets.

Well said, Creekbank!!! I agree with many posters that we should not underestimate the competion and past experience says that we won't. The Jackets will come out ready to play and have their minds focused on the task at hand. Hope both teams play well and have an injury-free game. Go Jackets!!! I'd love to watch you live and in person on the Friday after Thanksgiving, but I'll take one game at a time as I hope the players and coaching staff will. And trust me - the smack talk on this post is just that, good ol' friendly smack. I've seen posts where I've been a little embarassed to be a fan, but this is not one of them. As a matter of fact, I don't think that there's been any of that for a while now. Just excited for our team.

Way to go, Jackets. What a great place to end the season -- in the Boro. Of course, wanting a win, but so proud of you either way. What a testament to all the players and coaches who have worked hard this year and proved that even with big changes in the program we can hold our own. I'm prepared for war. You think they'll show any footage on Fox News or CNN? Will be listening to Hartsville's radio station via internet tomorrow evening. Praying for safe travel for the Pirates and an injury free game to all. And since my son asked me this morning to pray for Tennessee Vols to win their ballgame (isn't that cute), I'll also pray for a Jackets victory. Purple and Gold, Go Fight Win!!!!!! And #1Jacket Fan, try to get another football for us!

I think this game will be an uphill battle for both tams. A great challenge. Just because we're on the creekbank doesn't insure a win -- but it sure is sweet to be there. Go Jackets, wish I could be there. It'll be a much better game than the last one I attended!

"Coach Creasy said in an interview after the Silverdale game that it is hard to beat a team twice in one season. How much of a factor does revenge play in this game. Also, Watertown has won six games in a row; does that make a difference?" I really don't think it makes a difference in this game. And TC has won 11 in a row. Jackets by a rather large margin. Go Jackets!!!!!!!! And thanks for the hospitality to Chattanooga's Silverdale Baptist Academy. They said you treated them well, except of course on the football field!
