Cleveland? I highly doubt they'll give Alcoa much of a contest. Maryville vs. Webb should still be a great game though.

It is a big loss for Maryville, but injuries are part of the game. If I'm not mistaken, Smyrna has been playing without their best defensive player all game.

With all the new information on concussions coming out recently, that's definitely the safe/wise choice. And arshad, I believe that it's a recently adopted TSSAA rule...but I could be wrong.

I've seen Greeneville a few times over the last three years, and yes, I do pull for them when they play. Are they my favorite team? No. Do I follow the program somewhat? Yes. I didn't know that wasn't allowed. You're allowed to post where ever you want to, but it's hilarious that you come in here and get all defensive when I say that Greeneville would win 4-AAA. If you recall, RunninRebels came in here and started running down Greeneville by saying they would lose 4 or 5 games in 4-AAA and I said how I thought otherwise. If that needs to be toned down then you have some serious sensitivity issues. Just because I don't claim that Maryville would beat every team in the state ISN'T me taking a shot at you or your program! I don't recall where I made a guarantee about anything though, pepvol. RunninRebels is the only one who likes to do that. I said that Greeneville would win 4-AAA (which doesn't include Oak Ridge, BTW), and that's my opinion.

I think that's a rather presumptous thing to say. How in the world can you make a guarantee like that? I don't doubt that you know more about West than anyone here...but you have no idea what others know about 4-AAA.

The real question is why do you come on the Greeneville vs. Maplewood thread out of nowhere and start talking trash about Greeneville, then start saying they would have 4 or 5 losses in West's district, then start making excuses for why you guys didn't beat teams as badly as Greeneville did. The team I'm a fan of is IN West's district...I've seen every single team in 4-AAA play this year and I've seen Greeneville as well. Let me tell you...Greeneville would WIN 4-AAA. You can come on here and post your excuses and "GO MAPLEWOOD" all you want...that's the comical thing

THSVIKINGS11- No one has forgotten that Greeneville is in Tennessee. The last time I checked, this was a Knox West vs. Columbia thread, and I'm sure your sarcastic shots at the Devils would be more appropriate elsewhere.
