The vikings have an unfortunate long list of injuries. I hate to say it, but the Vikings will be lucky to win 6 games total this season. North will come into this game on fire. North 21 THS 14

South will be good next year, don't get me wrong, but no where near what they were this year. Yes, the coaching over there is good, but ultimately its the players that count. I think that Fletcher kid and Kitzmiller will be players to watch. However, next year, South won't be taking the MLC title. It will be a dog fight between THS and Johnson County. Both teams were young this year, and will loose few starters. THS looses hardly any of their offense and Johnson County looses maybe a couple starters on both sides of the ball if that. I expect South to do no worse than 3rd in the conference.As much as I love my Vikings, I have to be worried about Johnson County next year. They have been pushed around for the past couple years by South and THS and next year, I believe we both play them on the mountain which will be tough.It will be tough to tell though -- until next year!!!!

WELL EXCUSE ME!!!! I NEVER DID SAY HOW AWESOME TENNESSEE HIGH WAS THIS YEAR OR ANYTHING! GAH...GET OVER IT GREYGHOST! I just think you all are in for it. AND - No, you all are not us and it is not 2004. HOWEVER, I have seen these (maryville) guys play and know for a fact you all are in for a beating. Sorry! Thats just how it is. My example was -- THS had an exceptional team in '04, went undefeated, then went to maryville and got stomped. How many people actually thought we would have gotten beat that bad that year! I agree with whoever said "Go down there with big hopes but be expecting the worst!!!!!"

I hope Greeneville blew u all outta the water....give me a freakin break... Volunteer = 1st time ever to make back to back playoff appearances (in school history)...LOL!! THS = 18 time conference champs, 2-time state champs, 1 time national champs, averaging atleast 8 wins a season since 2001, 2004 went to TSSAA state sem-finals. AND, since 2001 I don't think there has been 1 year where THS didn't make the playoffs.....SO SHUT UR MOUTHS! U cheated...cough..i mean.. beat us 1 time..hope u enjoyed because it probably won't happen again for 50 some years! LOL!

FINAL South wins it 41-21 Wow....South is rollin... You guys are representin the MLC well!! MoWest wasnt a bad team either... Only team that will be able to stop South now will be Maryville...but IDK though...they had a close game against West (they won 17-9). Who Knows...South may go all the way.... Good luck Rebels!

Volunteer got lucky. Really lucky. Mainly because our #1 DE (well... really our #1 overall defensive player) Elijah Bible was out of the game due to suspension (he would have been able to play the following week). I'll say ... Greeneville 35 Volunteer 17

To bad the refs are on South's pay roll. And, Honestly, I had to laugh at Curt Phillips. He's not as good as everyone has been saying. I'm sorry dear phillips..i mean south fans. Yes, He's a good, big quarterback, but he's not THAT great. He's good, but not great.
