Greeneville really wrestled Soddy Daisy tough, lost 37-31 against Soddy Daisy They beat Antioch by like 40 points and Springfield by 11 points lost to Ooltewah(real close match lost by 3 points) Walker got ejected but i do not know why, he was just talking to the ref about bowmans match(He was not yelling or anything) and he got ejected. Bowman did not get ejected. He got a VERY BAD CALL against him.

The reason that Franklin is seeded 1st is that they won it last year. I think that Soddy will probably beat Science Hill in the finals with Bradley and some other team for 3rd. Do not overlook science hill, they are very good. The 10 region champs have to be the top 10 seeds while the runner ups have to be the other 6 but why does greeneville end up with soddy 1st(THAT MEANS THEY ARE THE 15th seed) 1st Soddy Daisy 2nd Science Hill 3rd Bradley 4th ????????????

Sorry i didnt mean to sound harsh but he beat webb and mang both with a combined record of 3-1 against them both. He lost 15-8 to Adamson in the Knoxville Catholic Tourney.

Overall this year and last year Caleb Myers lost about 7-9 times and beat Webb and he is now in others to watch !!! That is a load of bullcrap!!! He should be ranked like 2-3 in state not "others to watch"

How is Daniel Webb(Dobyns Bennett) ranked above Caleb Myers(Greeneville) when Myers beat him 2 out of 3 times this season? And David Mang is also ranked ahead of him even though Myers beat him 9-5 last year in state?

good point perfesser i didnt realize that those other states had 16 man brackets and it would have to be a national weight class change. But believe me California tournament just to qualify is just as hard to win state here. I would like the idea of a new weight class change but i would rather have what we have now. But Tennessee reallys needs a true small school/large school divisions and teams that nobody hardly hears of can make some noise in TRUE small school divisions rather they win or not.

Why is this such a big deal??? The traditional state tournament should be held in Chattanooga every year. I would understand if we had like 5 divisions like A AA AAA AAAA AAAAA. But until that happens (if it ever happens it should be in Chattanooga it is a tradition) But i do think state duals should be in Knoxville, Chattanooga, Memphis, Clarksville, and Nashville every year rotating. I can understand that you want the tournament in a big city every year but you are just traveling to Chattanooga, not like you are traveling across the country.

The state tournament in most other states (Florida, Georgia, Pennslyvania, California, Texas, Oklahoma, Virginia, and Ohio) are harder than Tennessee State tournament but the state tournament is pretty hard, I am not trying to take it away from someone who barely won in a medal match in state but it is pretty hard. Well anyways what i was going to say was that i agree with you in a way but i am for the weight classes we have now. What if a team that had 14 really good wrestlers got cut down to 12 and 2 of the good wrestlers were taken from a varsity spot, even though it would cut down the forfeits, the small schools you are talking about that you said that only has about 6-7 wrestlers are still going to have 6-7 wrestlers and still going to forfeit some matches and when you do that it takes the large school and makes them stronger by taking out two wrestlers and only keeping the "BEST WRESTLERS" in your lineup. And what if you went to an out of state tournament? Incase you were refering to a national weight class change but that would take out two weight classes and less wrestlers, the weight classes we have now are fine and if you take them out, a wrestler might not have a chance to be varsity at his sport that he was before you took the 14 and made them 12. That is just my opinion. But good point perfesser.

From what i have heard, Crosby is tearing it up. He went 5-0 with 4 pins and a major decision at some tournament. But i didnt know he was a redshirt freshman, i thought he was like a sophmore because when he graduated he went to a military college for like 1-2 years. But thanx for the info, i appreciate it
