I heard last week at the district that Dallas Davis the coach from WARTBURG was not going to coach next year that he was just going to be the principle next year. I do not know if this is true or not though.

Cosby wins this BIG. I hope the ref's keep this game under control. The game that Coalfield played Oneida was a joke the school should do something to the players if the coach wont! Coalfield coach if that is what you want to call him has NO DISCPLINE on this team what so ever. It is a shame because this team has some good ball players on it and for a coach to let his players act that way is a big shame. A coach is supposed to teach his players the right way to play and how to act on the court . I do not blame the players I blame the coach and the school for not stepping in and doing something about it.

I would say Rockwood will have another shot at Cosby I think they will meet again in the finals of the regionals. But this time I think the outcome will be different nothing against Cosby I believe they are 1 of the best teams out there this year but it is hard to beat a team 3 times in a year.

Who do you see winning this game? Greenback is the only team from District 3 that I think has a chance in the regionals. Greenback vs Oakdale I say Oakdale in a close game Harriman vs Coalfield I think Coalfield big OZ vs Grace C. I take OZ in a BIG way Oneida vs Cosby -should be close until 2nd half then Oneida big In the finals I got Oneida vs Coalfield again this year.

Good Job ladies from Oneida you played a good game last night and to Knock off Oliver Springs I would say the District Tour. will be great games. But I must say they are 3 teams that I think can win though. Enjoy your win ladies I sure your coach will tell you Monday that game is behind you now and you must look ahead.

Who do you see as the MVP this year I can think of 3 young ladies that I believe help their team and with out them their teams records would not be as good as they are. Here is my picks Coalfield- Kristan Conlon Oneida - McKenzie Welch Oliver Springs - Kayla Christopher And I would have to give MVP to Kayla Christopher she can do it all she does NOT play like a freshman more like an uperclassman and I believe without this young lady this year Oliver Springs record would not be as good as it is today. Coach of the Year in this District also would have to go to Oliver Springs coach. I think she has done a great job with this group of young ladies. I did not think she would have done this well with the District that they are in and playing the teams that they have played this year. She plays her bench well and I believe she deserves it.

If Coalfield can not figure out how to play ball in the first quarter they will get beat again. They are a good team but the do not start playing ball until late in the 2 quarter. And they only play 7 kids if a team gets them into foul trouble they are beat.

I seen that Kingston beat the lady Highlanders soundly tonight. I also heard that several of Scott Co. players quit the team this week is this true ? What seems to be the problem at this school? is it the new Coach or Players or Parents. or all of the above. All I heard over the summer is that now in Scott co. the girls would have 2 good programs to choose from. Kingston is at the bottom of this district and they have beaten Scott co. 2 times now When is the last time that Scott and Oneida played each other?

I must give Coalfield alot of credit last night to stay with Wartburg until the 4th quarter. Does any one know how Brandon Davis is after the hard fall last night I hope he is ok this kid has come along way in Basketball in a short time.

These 2 teams are fighting for 4 place in the district who do you see winning ? I have seen both teams play and I must give an edge to Oakdale they seem to be playing as a better team every night. Wartburg has played well against Coalfield but could not get the job done after controling the 1st quarter. Oakdale 54 Wartburg 42

Wartburg is 1A . They have a very good team but they are very cocky. I wish both teams good luck through out the season.

This should be a good match up in District 4 I still believe Oneida is the front runner but I have seen all the teams in the district play and right now no one is the stepping up to take control yet but it is still early. I think Oneida wins this one close 54 -47

I think Sunbright is a year away from being a contender. But you might want to watch out for Oakdale they are for real they are 1 of the best I have seen so far. Wartburg not for sure they will have a test this Friday when the Indians come to town.

Kazam37 I am sorry if i hurt your feelings about your great Oliver springs team. Clarkrange is a good ball team but they dont have the bench the Oneida has and I believe that will be a big factor in this game. I have to give this game to Oneida by 13

Clarkrange will loose this game big over Oneida. Clarkrange did not look good against Oliver springs who will be lucky to make it to the regionals. I give this game to 1 of the 2 power house teams from district 4.
