Seen the game Grundy just play great. Ladd was hitting every 3 he put up. Derek Seagroves a freshman is also playing hot. He started Playing well and I believe pumped up the rest of the team. The whole team played a great 2nd half. Hixson is not a bad team.

Just to let everyone know Kayla Woodlee hit her 1000/1001 point in this game. Congrats to her and also Megan who hit hers in the Howard game. Way to go girls we are so proud of you.

I'm not saying CCS didn't play a good game I'm saying that at one point 6 people for the other team was on the floor, and one of the Grundy players did get kicked in the face. HOW IS THAT GRUNDY'S coaches fault. It is on tape. Enough said. They may have won either way would of been nice to know.

I usually don't cry baby on here either but i have got to say the Officials were horrible. Grundy came out playing a very good ball game up by 21 at the half when they came back the calls were so bad that the girls could not play at all. They pretty much could look at the other team and it was a foul. I know Grundy always fouls alot but at the end of the 3rd CCS had been shooting in double bonus for a while and CCS only had 4 foul called against them. One off the Officials keep looking at the score board. CCS is a good team and they may have beaten Grundy without this kind of calling it would have been nice to know for sure. Can't wait to see them play Sequatchie. I think Seq can take them. That is if they get good Officials.

Man that isn't right a player should always shake hands at the end of a game. It doesn't matter how bad the calls or how bad a team beats you. That's just bad sportsmanship!

Howard beat CCS. Is Howard that good or was CCS having a bad night? I've not seen Howard play, but i thought pretty much that CCS was picked to take district 6. I know in past years Howard has always played a hard ball game.

Coach Richards is a very good person. Some scores may look like he runs them up but he doesn't once the game is out of reach for the other team he play's the whole bench which is mostly freshmen and sophomores. Alot of times he starts to sub before its even out of reach. Grundy only has one senior and three juniors. That leaves seven sophomores and eight freshmen. He would not run a score up. Never fear Bledsoe i hear that yall are getting better. I know that your main scorer got hurt but that will give the other girls motive to step up and play alot harder in honor of what she was and still is to the team. I feel every girl on a team contributes to the team in some wayeven if they never leave the bench.

Does anyone know what order everyone is ranked?

I have nothing but respect for the Seq. team. I don't think they will have any problem with Bledsoe. As for CCS i think Seq has avery good chance in their next meeting. I haven't seen Howard play but if they play like they did last year it will be a physical game.

The last time i watched Seq. play they didn't miss hardly any shots. Matter of fact i dont think #40 missed 2 shots all night. If they play this way at Bledsoe they will win. Bledsoe better be ready for an intense game. I predict a lot of fouls. Sounds like bad blood between these two teams. I do wish both teams good luck. Bledsoe needs a little pickme up.

I just got to ask this? Did Sequatchie run up the score or did their 2nd string bet marion that bad?

Whats the final score. Their is two scores on the scoreboard one is at Marion one is a @ Bledsoe. They have the same dates different winners.

I'm afraid you maybe right, but Grundys 6th, 7th, and 8th men (women) on the bench are improving every game. If Kayla Woodlee and Megan Rollins (#12) get into trouble I hope these sophmores are having a good game. They have the ability to do it. I have seen them do it. It will be a tough game i believe it will go to the wire. I won't predict who will win, but i am a Grundy fan so its my hope it will be them. GO GRUNDY lets show them the team that i know you can be.

What about Friday night. What is the prediction of Grundy vs Sequatchie.

does any of the jv for Cannon County get to play on varsity. I've seen their jv play but not varsity. Just trying to get an idea of what kind of team they are.

I believe Bledsoe will come out on top. Just a guess haven't seen Marion play this year. I'm basing this on last years team. Marion could still win but i don't think so.

The way I hear it Sequatchie is pretty good this year. Grundy will have to be on top of their game. I can only hope Grundys slow schedule this week won't hurt them. They haven't got one single game. This may hurt them. GOOD LUCK GRUNDY GIRLS. I have faith in you I will be there to cheer you on.

Grundy had a very good night. They are looking better than i've seen in a long time. As for Bledsoe like I said haven't seen them play until last night. Was their playing off I have no Idea. Hope Jan comes out the same. Will it I am not about to even quess.

Grundy is looking better this year. They bet Upperman in the thanksgiving tournament in cookeville. I don't know if they have a chance to bet Bledsoe. Haven't seen Bledsoe play.

Does anyone know what district marion county is in. Are they still 6AA? I've been looking over posted schedules and their's doesn't list disrict games

I'll admit there fan's rattled me and I wasn't even on the court. As a major jacket's fan I know the girls have it in them to go all the way. They will get it together in AA. I also have faith in our students and I believe our HOME games will be packed with studunts this year. Maybe we can get another teacher to dye their hair or shave it again.
