Wow, you really seem like you know alot of inside information. To bad you have been misinformed. Coach Allen was not forced to quit, nor was fired at Lakeview. The guys that transfered in knew from the very beginning they were goin to have to play JV. And their arent 7 transfers, theres 5. And i've talked to each one of those kids personally and they didnt even know who coach allen was until they called the school. FACT: people like you are just upset/envious of the success Coach Allen has had in the past, and of the success they it appears they will have this year. FACT: you really dont know what your talkin about. Lets all give the recruiting thing a rest, not just about silverdale, but any other rumors.

Coach Allen's running scheme out of the Wing T is good enough to where he only has to (and does) throw it 6-7 times a game. Silverdale will have 3 legitiamte threats in the backfield every snap. The QB lowery can pull up.and run whenever (4.6) forty. The fullback runs a 4.8 and loves to hit. The tailback runs a 4.6 and is as fast side to side as he is north/south. Should be interesting. But i've been wrong before...

Well he left on his on at Lakeview for one. he's not recruiting, and if he has all these years, how come TSSAA isn't doing something about it. He runs a clean program at Silverdale. And let me clear up a few things about the "stud" transfers everyone talks about. First, they arent really studs. There is one kid who will be major factor, but he's about it. everyone says they came from howard and brainerd. This is also untrue. 2 came from DAVID Brainerd, one came from hixson where he wasn't playin any sprots because of his grades, one came from ooltewah where he wasn't playin anything but jv basketball, and one kid did come from Brainerd. All that said, Coach Allen is a good, Christian coach who doesnt recruit, and the guys who will be the biggest factors on the team this year are all returning, such as Lowery and Walliser, you could ask anybody and they would tell you they are the leaders of that football team.Silverdale IS a great church and School, so no need to get upset, and building the progam is not the most important thing there. That would be makin Godly young guys.

Yes,its true,the Silverdale guys do get in the weight room alot.These guys just love to work and get better.Lowery,the QB of whom you speak,really leads by example in offseason work outs.Man zonepirate and fargen are just goin back and forth,and neither of them are from silverdale haha.

You have a good point.Silverdale has never beaten Grace.the reason I think some people are sayin Silverdale should win is b/c last year Silverdale beat whitwell 42-14 and Grace lost to them.Also, Silverdale beat CB 42-0 and grace had to come back in the 4th quarter to win by 5 if I remember right.but im with you.Grace just seems to have silverdale's number.

It's goin to be a hard game to call.Two years ago it went right down to the wire,with Grace comin out on top.Last year, Silverdale was the favorite, but Grace really came to play and pretty much dominated the whole game.Grace just really seems to have Silverdales number in every sport.I say that Grace might come out on top again this year but not matter what, Silverdale will have a better over all and region record then Grace...mark that down!

They may have only one 4 games last year it was there first year in a new system under Coach Allen. A below .500 season will be a major disappiontment at anyone at Silverdale this year.The transfers and yes the kid who has "major wheels". Is goin to be a stud.You heard it hear first.I got it confirmed that he does run a 4.4. So yes zonepirate,he will be an impact player.

Yes, they are in no way "studs". They will help the team, but it wont big that much of an impact.However, there is one kid who has got some major wheels. Rumor is he runs a 4.4 or something like that.but thats just talk. The best thing Silverdale has goin for them is the guys they have returning. Alot of these starters have started since their freshman year.They will have good leadership and will be very motivated to get their first playoff birth.

SP without a doubt unless a major upset occurs. 2.LV or Silverdale-should be a good game,both will have great ground games next year. 4.Grace Academy-good QB, a dangerous team that could end up 2nd place. 5.the mighty Whitwell Tigers 6.Copper Basin 7.David Brainerd(welcome to the region DB) 8.The Tennessee Temple Academy Crusaders,2006 Region 3A Champions! -enjoy the cellar

Grace us lookin good this year,they have alot of returners,but lost some good pitching from last year.But,Coach Pierce does have the co-district MVP coming back.Grace should win the district.That is,unless,Seth Skogen just all of a sudden turns into an incredible baseball player too!

Temple def has more talent and more experience, but Coach Dragoo will have his guys ready to play and prepared. I think that it will be a closer game than people anticipate, but I have to give the edge to Senior led Temple.But who knows, anything can happen up there!It's just great to see an all Chattanooga State Championship Game.Both these teams has represented region 3A well.Good luck to both teams.

Well actually, temple won 81-41 last game.Skogen had 40 points.I dont think that Grace will lose that bad again but Temple will win this game easy.It may not a 40 point win, but Temple will control this game from the tip.Josh Smith and Larsen did a great job shutting down carter last time.Temple wins by 25.

I agree oldtime.very stingy defensively and sees the floor very well and gets his teammates in good position to score.

I know Oglesby is goin to Clemson,but who is goin to MTSU and Princeton?its hard to imagine someone goin to PRINCETON from bradley central...

Mmm interesting, because Silverdale was winning through 3 quarters and then turned the ball over a bunch in the 4th to hand it over to SP.that sure is getting "racked"!By the way, the @@@@ is NOT back because Antonio is gone!I dont see SP racking anyone this year.

Agreed.Especially after last year,I think it got a little more heated last year.Always draws a big crowd and both teams take the game very seriously and its always a close one.

I def think that the CCS legend Jason Holwerda should be on that list of "great" high school b-ball players from Chattanooga.without a doubt...
