wayne county beat red bay 65-33. i'm not sure the final score on the richland-vs-deshler game but with about 4 minutes left in the game deshler was up by 14.jamie roper, do u have any suggestions on playing lauderdale county? its obvious that u have to stop young but anything else?

tristan has been doing pretty good this year. she's playing a mix of 3 guard and post which gives her a deadly combination at times. having that versatility and being 6'1 will definitely help her in the long run.don't count wayne county out! although the loss of potete was a punch in the face, they're still here. they need one more player to step up and will b complete. also, having this player step up will help them in the long run when potete comes back..merry christmas to all!

the big girl that hit the 3's is actually a guard this year.last year she played post but played guard until she grew( 6'2 to b exact).

wayne county won by 45. i'm not sure the exact score.jv played the whole 4th quarter and most of the 3rd.

duke's a good player. i take it she's out with an injury? whats wrong with her n how long will she be out.she should b a great player by her senior year

i wish everyone knew what they were talking about before they talked!!! for one thing we didn't throw the concellation game(although i wish that was our excuse) like ptguard12 said we haven't been playing well lately... we threw nothing and at the perry county game just came out not ready to play.. like i said if u aren't from wayne county dont be making false accusations

well i have to say i was also impressed with courtney... she got her shot slammed down her throat one time, and if that would have been me i wouldn't have shot again. but the next two times down the court she hit back to back 3's. that's very impressive to have confidence that the next one is going to go in like that. good job both teams!!!

well... even though i am from waynesboro and we play yall friday, i have to say congrats! thats really impressive for a junior, juss go easy on us! lol. again congrats!

Well... i have NEVER had a bad comment to say about our crowd..i really like it when they get rowdy. i think its hillarious when they outmock the other crowd when they're hollering at the referees.kinda funny. the only negative comment i have to say is that i was i walking by the student section during the boys game and was told that my game was over and i'd had enough fame and i needed to sit my butt down becuz no1 wanted to c me... talk about disrespect. this guy isn't even in highschool anymore. grow up please. anyways, WCHS_Wildcats_#2 i agree that yall do get rowdy for us just down understand why yall save so much energy for the guys game, when we have just a good of a record. and anyone who has griped about yall not cheering loud enough needs to get a life. come on! anyways, back to the subject, i am going with the ladycats by 7-10 if we can stop andrews and daniel! Go Ladycats!

why cant people just stand behing their girls and leave the rest of that crap off of the court? both teams didn't play to their full potention, but i have to say what won the game for the ladycats was post play and their lack of turnovers. they only had 7 turnovers this game, the best all year. yes i will admit that they ref's were definitely letting both teams play and made some iffy calls on both ends at the end of the game, but who cares. brooke staggs, glad to have you back from the stomach flu also.. we have a lot more depth with you on the court and need your ball handling. good game ladycats and lady vikings! good luck everyone in d12a!

These teams meet again on January 20th(this friday). Edney is obviously back, and the ladycats will have brooke staggs back(after battling the flu). Last time these teams met perry county won in overtime it was at perry county. whoever wins this game will have the advantage to 2nd place in district, but the team that loses will fall to 4th. The game is at wayne county. just wondering what everyone thought.

hey just wondering if a girl named anna marchetti still plays for st. cecilia and if she is having any success, or getting any playing time.

just for the record...neither one of those so called rude people play basketball for waynesboro so dont get the idea. dont wish bad upon our team becuz of fans comments! i will give it to clifton, they have the desire to go far but i'm not sure they have enough talent..i give it they have 2 or 3 good players that could become something but they need depth

this one will be another battle until the end. it could go either way. if edney is 100% then i give it to pc by 2 but if she's only about 50% then i definitely give it to c-wood. good luck girls!

the ladycats were playing a man down w/ kristen out. we didn't get to change tristan daniel over to guard what so ever and mary lauren anderson and tristan daniel only got about 4 minutes of rest between them. surprisingly wc on a stat sheet look like they won by about 15. shows that stats aren't everything. another surprise is that we only had 11 or 12 turnovers which isn't bad. both teams played very hard. tucker seemed to have rolled her ankle at the end. does anyone have an update that she is ok? Good game ladycats and lady eagles.
