Loudon Co. beat Cumberland Co. 12-4 to win the tournament. Before that Cumberland beat Alcoa 8-7 in 11 innings. And I think Loudon beat Lenior City but I don't know the score or anything.

this is always a tough district and anyone can when on any given night. I play at cumberland co. and we lost or won 5 or 6 games by one or two runs. McMinn is going to hit well and Cleveland will be tough as always. I don't know much about walker valley or bradley and we play rhea on saturday.

I believe he is in college at Cleveland State. Probably pretty busy plus he's playing baseball.

Cumberland Co. by 3 but it takes at least one extra period if not 2. Cleveland keeps it close and plays hard as always. But because I'm from Cumberland County I have to go with my hometown team. Best of luck to both teams it'll be a great game. I wish I could be there.

LADY JETS WIN!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOHOO!!!!!! I've not been keeping up with it enough who do they play in the championship game???? congrats Lady Jets.

In AAA don't forget Casha Foster of Cumberland County. She plays with a lot of heart and has helped in Cumberland County's two awesome seasons a lot. I can also vouch for Jackie Pickel because we've played her too. She's great player that leads that team and does a great player. The other ones that I have been mentioned I've never seen play but these are definitely two that should be on the ballot.

Tim Smith of Cumberland County has been mentioned yet.

I've heard from my sister(who plays for Coach Smith) that Coach Smith will be going to Stone Memorial. I can also tell you a lot of the girls still want to play for him and next years seniors have the option to pick the school they want will probably go to Stone to play for him. Quiet a few of the underclassman are zoned for Stone but in a couple of years the competition should even out and be pretty fair again.

I go to CCHS and I'm a senior and I can't tell you much about salaries and stuff like that but I can tell ya some stuff about the program. They're opening a new school next year and Coach Smith, who is coaching CCHS now, is going there so there is a vacancy at CCHS. The past two years have been great years for our girls. This year they have 3 losses and we're ranked 1st in the state. They're making a lot of changes next year for both schools but I don't know all the details. They're also splitting the schools equally, but the next years seniors are going to have a choice of which school they want to go to. Underclassman are going to forced to go to the school they're zoned for. There's a few things about program and some things like that.

The final score was 55-66 Cleveland. Alex Goldstein, Colby Dodd, and #4(don't know his name) played pretty well. The reffing in the game was pretty bad on both ends. But CCHS has several chances to keep it close. They missed a bunch of lay ups and free throws. And in this district you need every point you can get. There was also a two Technical fouls called on Cleveland and CCHS only 2 out of 4. But a great game by both teams. Terrible game by the refs.

Congrat to the Lady Raiders on a great game. I only got there for the second half but I got to see my Lady Jets make a heck of come back from two or three double digit defecits. I thought the reffing was questionable on both ends of the court boys and girls game. There were some ridiculous calls made last night on Cleveland and CCHS. But still it was one of the greatest games I've watched this year. Good luck to the Lady Raiders the rest of this year. We'll see you again in the District Tournament. I think the Lady Jets have the talent to go to state. I watched them play last night against Cleveland and Cleveland played well and Cumberland Co. didn't play that great and still took Cleveland to double OT. There are some great teams in our district this year as always. Anybody can win on any night. The run through the tournament will be tough for them but I think and hope they can do it. I think Casha is a great ball player. I've watched her play for four years and she has great talent. Is she the greatest in the State? We won't know until the time comes for them to realse the results of Ms Basketball. There are a lot of great players in Tennessee. I've watched a lot them from going to CCHS games. Since I am from Cumberland County I will be for Casha but I also know there are some great basketball players in Tennesee.
