Congrats to Heritage and their coaching staff. They have built a program to be proud of. I like the Greenbrier connection now on staff there. With that said...if their enrollment has really jumped 60.9 %...they are in jeopardy of moving up a classification. This means...Goodpasture and Alcoa....etc.

You should have paid a little extra....and got one in the big green box...it has AC. And..nobody mentioned Pepe's...right across from Sonic. As far as the football game.....GB must have an answer for Holt...the most under rated RB in 3-A.

JP2 "somehow" lost to Greenbrier because "somehow" Greenbrier had over 400 yards of offense and was "somehow" the better football team. Greenbrier "somehow" won without any recruited players.

Congrats to Sycamore. Not surprised they got the win....but a little surprised they got the shut out. Region 4 3-A will be interesting this year. Springfield may be in for a long year.

Greenbrier--35 PJPI--28 Greenbrier scored their final TD with 8 seconds left to secure the win. The Bobcats showed a lot of toughness and character on their final drive....those kids were worn out. I will ask this question again: Do these rules (BS) appy to middle schools that are a member of the TMSSAA? No spring practice for basketball? Wow? How or when will teams have tryouts? Not sure I understand all of them....but I feel sure they will be covered soon enough....barf

Good post. I thought 00 played his "rear" off last night. He never came out of the game. Tough loss....but a great season. Congratulations.

$7.00 per session is correct. Other tid bits of information you will need to know: I think parking is $5.00...not really sure since they didn't let anybody park in the Murphy Center lot. The lot could have held another 200-300 cars...but they will send you a couple of miles down the road to park in a gravel lot so plan on walking. Water is $2.50 a bottle...and don't ask for a small solo cup to pour some in for your son. Absolutly out of the question.....after all...it was only $2.50. When you leave...find an alternate route to the interstate.

I was also very impressed with Gleason. I thought they were very fundamentally sound and well coached. But most importantly….they were a class act all the way. I’m currently watching the AA championship….and I feel like Gleason could play with either team. They may not have the athletes that AE or MC have, but they have the right attitude, fundamentals and coaching. I have no idea where Gleason is….but I will be a fan from now on. 38-1….you deserve to be state champs. Congratulations!

I think this speaks volumes for the coaching staff and the caliber of players East Lit has. Most people will remember more of how you act…..than how you play. Good Luck to East Lit. I will be there pulling for you on Wednesday.
