OS beat Sunbright 11-0 and 15-1, and looked good doing it. OS is better than most people think.

All you Coalfield people that think you got it rapped up already, better watch out. Wartburg beat Harriman tonight, and Oliver Springs lost by only 1 run to AAA Clinton tonight.

A year of experience will help Harriman get past Rockwood this year.

Two of the three transfers were going to OS, but according to them, they wanted to play for a better coach. That would have given OS 4 new transfers, then everyone would have been talking about them. Rockwood and Harriman are very tallented.Harriman may have enough to get Rockwood this year.

Sequyah got pounded Tuesday by a very good 1A team, but they are 3A AND THAT SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN ! Sweetwater by 29 .

Region 2 Coalfield host Harriman and Rockwood host Sunbright

If you want to blame anyone, blame OS and their intelligent coach. This tournament should have been over Thursday. Sunbright/Coalfield was the only baseball game scheduled in the state for Friday. They coul have even played one Thursday night after OD was eliminated. Coach K set it up where he could pitch Leach on Wednesday and Friday, but those plans got a little messed up didn't they. Now that Leach is gone, OS will be down awhile. Coaching will not develop the players at OS, it's been easy filling out that line-up card for a few years, now the time has come to coach, and he aint gonna get it done.

I bet he's a Curtis follower. Someone Coalfield wouldn't like.

Whoever has the best 2-5 pitchers will win this tournament.

All those homeruns were against J. Frank White and Pickett County.

They have to ride Leach's arm, if any chance of duplicating last years run.

WILL Haun pitch Monday(Coalfield), and Thursday ? He always pitches against Coalfield. That will be the deciding factor against OS.
