Central is not going to be able to handle MJ power forward, the Central kids are big but he is a beast...He will be the difference along with Central not being able to match up with the shooting guard, he is to quick.
Based on the website it seems the Thunder had a very good tournament. They reached the final eight. They won all of their pool play games and then won several close games after that. They were one win away from reaching the final four. The Stallions did very well as always. They did very well in pool play and then won some good games. They had the opportunity to place 6th. Congratulations to the Stallions and the Thunder.
I saw an earlier post that stated the Junior toppers were the winners in Knoxville Substate, the Ragin Rhinos were second and the Tarheels third..What happened to the Junior toppers ?
It may have been the same team, I heard that they went to Knoxville last year in the Substate but did not make it out..They played in the Division 2 state and not division 1.
Why do you think the Bearcats are overated ? It probably will be rough for them to make it to the finals..The Stallions and the 13 yr old War Eagles are serious teams...I am not sure about the Knoxville Teams..Why did the Bearcats not play in the 12 under Div 1 state last year. They played Div 2 but then went to Div 1 Nationals.
Did the Bolivar team play in a Substate location ? Are they playing AAU or YBOA ? I saw them early in the year and not saw them in any tournaments since then..
1. Clarksville Stars
2. Tn Thunder
3. Gym Rats
4. Clarksville Soldiers
The top two teams qualified for the Div 1 State...The Stars and Thunder, the Stars beat the Thunder in championship today.
The 13 and under Celtics did not make it to the championship...I heard they got beat by a team from Alabama. The first game after pool play. Bolivar Tigers beat TN Thunder for the championship by 3 points.
