Lexington wins Region 7 A-AA Monday at Falcon Ridge with a 316. They were led by number four man the freshman Chandler Grissom. Big bro Chase shot 79 as did Chris Babb. Sam Hinson shot 81. Mack Gardner shot 87. May I note that Chase shot 36 43 and on the back he took a 10. These boys have done a great job and are now 43-5. To the state or bust!

Well, ateup, I guess your wrong. Lexington won the district 14 A-AA today at Carrol Lake, McKenzie's home course. Lexington didn't play good and shot 319. McKenzie fired a 337 taking 4 83's. Yall will get another shot next Monday at Falcon Ridge. Don't expect to get any closer than you did today though because Lexington will be firing at the pins on their greens. Scores for Lexington 1-5 : 82, 78, 74, 85, 85. See ya next week!

Where are you from kats? Do you play? Lexington in their practice round shot 307. Scores taken were 68, 74, 80, 85. 5th man shot 87. #1 man is the one who shot 80....expect lower scores from him and 4 and 5.

Lexington moves to 31-5 with wins over McKenzie, Riverside, and Camden. They shot a 155. Play tomorrow against Riverside and Scotts Hill at Tennessee River Golf Club.

We will see just how good Mckenzie is when they play tomorrow at Falcon Ridge.

Who all will be competing in this upcoming tournament Monday at Pickwick Landing?

Lexington has a good program. Last year they won district then got 2nd to USJ in regionals. This year they started off Monday at the TJAG tournament at Ross Creek in Clifton with a winning score of 310. They graduated one last year, and have one senior this year. The top two are sophmores, Sam Hinson and Chase Grissom, with Chris Babb following them at number 3. All three of these kids shoot mid 70's average. The 4 and 5 is Mack Gardner and Chandler Grissom.

Anyone know the results of this tournament?

Does anyone know of any other teams going?

USJ will not be going, my fault, but Lexington will be there for their first match of the year...who else will be there?

Lexington and USJ will be top contenders at the BearTrace tournament....who else is going?

Who did Greenfield beat at the McKenzie tournament in the championship? Also, what other teams looked strong?

Memphis Blackhawks and Memphis Bellevue don't have teams this year, as they combined for the Y.

Lexington- undeafeated in regular season play with all juniors and one sophmore...

UNBELIEVABLE This kid is on a different level than his peers. I played against him when he was 11 and he was playing like a high school player then. I honestly believe he could turn out to be like Lebron. The first year he played the right age group in AAU his team won nationals easily winning the national championship by 30. If you get a chance to watch this kid, do it, he will be a pleasure to watch.

I guess Anthony's game tonight speaks for himself, he's got my vote.

I heard his parents didn't want him to play football and they know he will be pressured to play if he goes there.

The kid from Huntingdon definetley. Don't know his name, but wow...Although I heard that he's not sure of what high school hes going to.

I also think that Memphis Mitchell is SKIPPING AA to AAA....I don't know how, but heard this from a good source.
