humboldt will have to prove themselves this year. i was a member of last years 5-5 team and know the talent that not only played with us but also behind us. they have lost alot of size on the offensive line as well as a very good saftey and running back. there d-line is not at all young this year, all have either started or played in all of last years games and tend to be a very productive unit as far as holding off blocks for linebackers. the biggest question for me will be the number of seniors that have joined the team this summer and are unexperianced and possibly unaware of what awaits them.i expect a decent season and possible play-off apperance.

a playoff game would be a dream but we wont let this season game be a repeat of last year...im ready to get this game on possibly the last time i get to play the dawgs../sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" />

No...no...one lineman goes both ways consistantly...center, right guard, both takles go sideline for d except for the occasional sub...ng plays a little fb, lt plays a litte te, rt plays a little g and t, ends are a gaurd and reciver, te starts at lb, fb starts at lb,rest will be given where rest is needed

jamboree this friday commin up...play southside at northside..then play giles county in week 0

do i have to do this agian...yes..we graduated a great class..yes we HAD some big shoes to fill...but guess wat...we got some big feat..evry position we lost was easily replaced...some by more than one person...yea we had adrian and keith last year and we dont now...get over that fact...they werent the team..now instead of sayin watch number 20 you will say watch number 2, 9, 13,27,6,90,33,32..we lost two gained MANY..i say lets play boys

uh oh...did we forget football is a TEAM game..and our team is not focused around those two people..altho they were great players and did great things for the team..they arent all 11 people..in case you couldnt tell..they are 2..now on the other hand..the line that blocked for adrian donald and keith wardlow is back and bigger than ever.....like i said before...keep puttin us down at the bottom of your lists...its more fun to pull out the surprise anyway

being the first year this was done it was slightly flawed....not sure how the points worked in the lineman comp because you didnt face everybody...all in all good day...good fun competition...no injuries that i saw... as years prgress it will be more organized and probably more competative...i hate that this is the only year i get to do it...GO VIKINGS

the base of this thing is not really to show your o or d...its more to do mainly drills against another team...not really much "play" running...i would like to kno however which school will the line b at and which school will skill people b at?

Does anyone know if Goodpasture will be as good as last year???? If not 1 of 3 teams in this Region could make a state championship run....Those 3 teams being Milan, Trenton, and Westview....I think everyone on here is underestimating Trenton...they have their WHOLE backfield back from last year that will be tough to stop!!!! um....excuse me...while everyone is stuck on humboldt being in a "rebuilding year"...and not givin us a shot at anything....we lost 7 to 8 players startin total...far from rebuilding...a HUGE line returns minus ONE...Recievers...back....qb...two very qualified athletes steppin in...full back....two Massive full backs...rb...plenty to choose from...all able to get the job done...defense....huge line...experianced lbs...played great last year...safteys return...corners experianced...great hands....place kicker is back...the ONLY place humboldt is having the slightest little trouble is a punter....because we have three fighting for it....Humboldt is among one of the top teams in this region and all of 2a.....but it doesnt matter...keep puttin us at the bottom of the lists....yall did last year....guess wat....Region baby...and milan dont say anything about it being handed to us...repeat...plus a run for the ship....definate possibilties

Milan cant stay on top.... once you reach the top the only place you can go is down...with almost a completely 3 year starting line...we could put a jr high kid in the backfield and dominate the line for a atleast 4 yard average...Humboldt is goin up

if i recall,the saftey being out of the game was due to a concushion handed to him by humboldt...we also had a starting defensive lineman out the whole second half due to a concushion...can we stop stop playin the wat if games and talk about wats gonnna happen

Imma say the humboldt crowd favorite E.J. Epperson. Hes a strong post player and is not affraid to go up with the ball. I see nuthin but good things in his future.
